Customer service 5stars (out of 100)

Received order yesterday. I would say the quality of most of the sweets are pretty poor. Quite hard and tasteless. Have emailed the company about it, only to be told they are fresh as they send tonnes out, no apology nothing. I shall eat my sweets or use them as weapons if anyone breaks in to my house , thanks

The drinks I ordered were out of date. They say October 22. We are now going into march 23!

Read the description on the root beer you’re referring to as it quite clearly states : 2 for price of 1 best before oct 22. Also we may be going into March but you’ve had the order 3 weeks and this is the first correspondence from you But thanks for the review of the 1 product of the order.
