Arrived all melted together

Arrived all melted together. Presumably left in a hot delivery van.
Approached the company for a replacement of about £2 of product on a £35 order and was given short shrift.
Wasnt a particularly big or unreasonable ask and most companies would take a £2 hit for good service.

Other retailers do replace or refund for melted product so it's certainly not a wholly unreasonable request.

Dream Candy were fantastic we got absolutely everything we asked for some of the sweets were really weird but we wanted to try different things and as they were for three different people there was a lot to taste which was really good as we have all different tastes as a family I say just try everything unusual lol.
