I cannot recommend Dreamcloud enough, the psych Chris has changed my life beyond what I could have ever hoped for. I went from being so lost in the deepest trenches of my mind and emotions to living a functional and meaningful life thanks to his care. He put me on amazing treatment plan, spoke to me with empathy which I desperately needed from a mental health provider, and constantly worked with me over the last 5 years as my personal circumstances changed over time. I’m so grateful to have found him! And his team is just as wonderful - they are so kind, helpful, and extremely professional!

I had an unsuccessful surgery which impacted me mentally and emotionally, causing a great deal of distress and acute anxiety and severe insomnia. I went through three psychiatrists and four therapists before I found Chris and Dreamcloud. And I never had any mental health issues. They were able to put me on a medical treatment plan to manage my anxiety and chronic insomnia. I don’t think I would’ve been able to cope without that. No other psychiatrist was willing to put me on stronger medication citing addiction issues, even though I clearly needed it and nothing else was helping. Now I had a revision surgery and was able to go off the medication with no issues. If you’re suffering from any kind of anxiety or depression, whether as a result of health issues or life issues, they’re great to help guide you through that period of your life while you’re working it out and need medication to manage. The monthly cost is more affordable compared to regular psychiatrist/therapy fees. I highly recommend them.

I can't say enough good things about Dream Cloud and the team. Chris really broke down my situation and made it manageable. I had tried other providers and I can honestly say Chris had the knowledge and skills to help me help myself. And if you have any questions or issues Carlos is very well prepared to answer your questions and wastes no time in resolving an issue. Absolutely the best.

Dreamcloud is fantastic! I highly recommend using this company for all your health needs. Dr. Chris Lee and Carlos are amazing and make obtaining my proper medication very easy. Dreamcloud is great personalized care with the ease of telemedicine. Having not established care with a psychiatric provider in New York, I only dealt with being put on waiting lists with providers I reached out to. I’m glad to have come across Dreamcloud and Chris where I’ve got the exact care I need. You have access to care as often as you need, great availability in appointments, and direct call/text/email communication with the front desk and provider should you have questions or concerns. I certainly will continue to use Dreamcloud, and highly recommend it if you are seeking telemedicine for mental health.

Chris Lee and his team are exceptional, the personalized care is truly outstanding. He and his team are always readily available and exceptionally accommodating. Communication whether through the app or text message is always prompt, pleasant, friendly, informative and of course utmost professional. I couldn’t speak highly enough about my experience.
