Dream Dubai is a brand for winners and dreamers, and Dubai is the city where they are one and the same. Dreams in Dubai do not stop at imagination, they are realized. At Dream Dubai, we challenge the notion that dreams are unattainable, not just by foregrounding Dubai’s sheer lustrous reality, but also by providing the easiest and most inclusive platform that delivers those dreams to everyone. A project by Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment, Dream Dubai defies the belief that dreams are beyond reach by offering a user-friendly platform that fuses shopping and winning in one unique environment. Through the purchase of Modesh Credit from campaigns, customers receive complimentary tickets to participate in prize draws to win prizes and ‘money can’t buy’ experiences. To see, win and live the Dubai dream, simply download the Dream Dubai mobile app and start shopping. Dream Dubai is here so you can dream the unthinkable, win the priceless, and live the unforgettable.

I played for long time being a non resident, despite it shows you can participate from any country yet the winners are always people from within Uae also the draw looks unsatisfactory as for few seconds they scroll automatically through ticket numbers and then say stop.

I have strange feeling about this

I have strange feeling about this. Once a Kerala guy won the prize and I tried to contact him via Facebook. I asked him "have you got prize? He said yes. After that suddenly he blocked me. Same thing happens to one more winner. We don't know whether this is seriously legit or winners are part of this program or not?
I lost many dirhams via this.

Thank you for your feedback.

All Dream Dubai draws are conducted through a random digital system under official supervision by the Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE).

Following each draw, winners are contacted directly by our team, and their details are verified as part of a formal process.

We would also highlight that outreach to individuals via personal social media channels is not a reliable or official way to validate winners. For transparency, winners and draw moments are regularly shared across our official channels, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

We remain fully committed to transparency and operate in line with all regulatory requirements.

Should you have any specific concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team at support@dreamdubai.com.
