Dream Dubai is a brand for winners and dreamers, and Dubai is the city where they are one and the same. Dreams in Dubai do not stop at imagination, they are realized. At Dream Dubai, we challenge the notion that dreams are unattainable, not just by foregrounding Dubai’s sheer lustrous reality, but also by providing the easiest and most inclusive platform that delivers those dreams to everyone. A project by Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment, Dream Dubai defies the belief that dreams are beyond reach by offering a user-friendly platform that fuses shopping and winning in one unique environment. Through the purchase of Modesh Credit from campaigns, customers receive complimentary tickets to participate in prize draws to win prizes and ‘money can’t buy’ experiences. To see, win and live the Dubai dream, simply download the Dream Dubai mobile app and start shopping. Dream Dubai is here so you can dream the unthinkable, win the priceless, and live the unforgettable.

Red Flags

I’ve been following Dream Dubai for a while and have joined multiple campaigns, from small to big prize raffles. As someone who has actually won before in Mahzooz, I understand what genuine luck feels like, you guess the right combination, you win. Simple, transparent, and fair.
But with Dream Dubai, I’ve started noticing red flags that really make you question how “random” these raffles truly are.
For small prizes, I do believe they’re legitimate and people do seem to win. But once it gets into big prizes like lux cars or millions, something feels very off. You have no idea how many tickets are actually sold, so even if you buy dozens or hundreds, you never know your true odds chance of winning.
And here’s what really bothered me, before the end of a campaign, they suddenly slash ticket prices or multiply entries (x5, x10, etc.). It’s unfair to early buyers and makes the whole system feel manipulated to drive last-minute sales.
I joined the Mai Dubai 1M campaign and had 50 tickets every single one ended in “1.” The winning ticket ended in “2.” Coincidence? Maybe. But when I checked with friends, all their tickets ended in “1” too. What are the odds of that? I even managed to screenshot my old tickets before they disappeared from my history.
I’ll give them one last chance by joining the 300k campaign, but at this point, my confidence in Dream Dubai’s transparency is gone.
To anyone reading this please be cautious. It’s your hard-earned money. A raffle should be fair, transparent, and verifiable not something that leaves you wondering if the results were ever real in the first place.

Dream Dubai からの回答

Hi Lloyd Pascual, we understand your concerns, and want to address them directly.

At Dream Dubai, transparency and fairness are at the heart of everything we do. All our prize draws, whether small or large, are conducted using a government verified smart selector system that ensures winners are selected at random and without any human intervention. We do not control or predetermine outcomes, and every ticket issued could be a winner.

To clarify a few points you mentioned:

- Occasionally, towards the beginning and end of campaigns, we may run promotions with reduced price points or extra entries. This is common practice in any business worldwide and is intended to give more people the opportunity to create life-changing moments with Dream Dubai. Importantly, whether you purchased Modesh Credit at the beginning or during a promotion, all entries are placed in the same campaign and are treated exactly the same.

- Seeing ending digit 1 across your tickets is not alarming. It is the start of the sequential numbering of your ticket quantity. Meaning if you have 1 ticket, that ticket will end with 1. Additionally, we encourage all participants to watch our live draws, where results are announced openly in the presence of a Government Official from Dubai Economy & Tourism.

- You can always view your claimed tickets in the 'Tickets' section. If you ever experience difficulty accessing them, our support team is here to help.

We are committed to transparency and to being as open as possible. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer care team directly if you’d like us to walk you through how our customer journey works.

IS DREAM DUBAI LEGITIMATE?

I have to wonder whether Dream Dubai is legitimate. Why? You are only allowed to access Dream Dubai through an app now - no website.

Apparently you can download their app through the App Store or Google. No you can't! Dream Dubai is Not accessible through the Apple App Store, it is not listed. When Dream Dubai email you, their email address is a No Reply address. There is no contact information for them on the web. So, I ask again,
Is Dream Dubai Legitimate?

I’ve been participating in Dream Dubai for few months until I won 25,0000Aed

I’ve been participating in Dream Dubai for a few months now, and I finally won for the first time on July 22nd — such an exciting moment!

Here’s what I genuinely love about Dream Dubai:

The app is super easy to use, and the ticket prices are really affordable with lots of prize options.

I like that you allow multiple entries with a single purchase — feels generous.

The transparency is a big plus. I noticed you show how many tickets are left out of the total, which is something I haven’t seen elsewhere.

I’ve seen some campaigns actually sell out before the draw date — again, a great sign that you limit participation and give everyone a real shot at winning. It’s not about competing with thousands of entries, which honestly makes it feel much fairer.

I love the diversity of winners — while I know it’s random, it still shows how inclusive and trustworthy the platform is.

The credits I got for my entries were nice — I redeemed them for two t-shirts and the quality was awesome!

Prize collection was super smooth — no hassle, no complications.

And a special mention to the presenter, Kinda. She was so warm, professional, and welcoming. Really made the whole experience even better.

Huge thanks to the whole team behind Dream Dubai. You’re doing an amazing job, and I really hope you keep this going for years — spreading joy and creating more winners!
