Dishonest travel agent! Outrageous behaviour.
Paid for round trip ticket.
Issued an e-ticket showing both flights.
On day of travel was told that I had to travel the next day due to an issue with the airline. I called the airline- no issue with the airline and they confirmed that there was no seat booked for me.
Travelled the next day.
For inbound flight was told that due to the conflict in the Middle East that the flight date had to change due to rescheduling of flight. Called airline- flight was going ahead.
Asked airline why I had been moved off the flight. Airline said no seat had been booked!
Travel agent denies all of this and stands by the falsified e-ticket that they issued. Consequence of this. I had to purchase a separate over priced one-way ticket to get back home. Which cannot be supported by my travel insurance as no flight was booked in the first place.

I have been booking flights with Dream Holidays for more than a year now and I have had excellent service from this company, especially from Zain the Senior Travel Consultant who has gone out of his way to find me flights at very reasonable prices.

Zain has kept us informed during a difficult period with the Middle East problems
Our flights to Sydney eventually got approval after nearly 6 weeks waiting after paying half of the cost of the flights, so was a bit worrying
So hats off to Zain who has done a great job

My husband had flown to Malaysia to visit family, flying via Doha. And because of the conflict in the middle east his flights have been cancelled. So then came the task of trying to rebook flights. As an agency they could in theory say "well you can contact the airline yourselves" but no, they have gone the extra mile , in particular Rimsha, who has been exceedingly kind and is in the process of arranging new flights. For which i will be eternally grateful. A big thank you to Rimsha and all the staff!!

I have booked to go to Australia, I have been dealing with a very polite young man called Zain, nothing is too much trouble for him, he found me the best deal for my needs, talked through every step of the process, answering all my questions, putting my mind at ease, reassuring me that everything was legit and I could look forward to my holiday.
He is a man of his word and has come through for me with not only flying colours but golden.

I contacted Mr Zain regarding a holiday trip to India, and I was referred to him by a friend who had received an excellent deal through his services. Mr Zain listened carefully to all my requirements and queries, explored multiple airline options as requested, and secured the best possible deal with my preferred airline.

But Zane has been absolutely fantastic and kept me informed about the situation with flights . Zane even completed my TDAC for me . I am very happy that I had Zane to help me out and take the stress away from my self
