Alessia was very helpful regarding my order. One of my electric blankets stopped working after a couple of uses and I brought this up with customer service. Alessia was very responsive and clear with her instructions regarding returning the faulty item and was overall very kind, patient and helpful!

Ordering my electric blanket was easy and seamless. However delivery from DPD was problematic so I spoke to dreamland about it and within no time they contacted DPD and sorted the issue. My blanket was delivered soon after no problems all on the same day.

Virtual assistant just advised me to switch on/off then email. Still not working. No reply to emails. Messaged on FB and received message saying they will be in contact within 24/48 hours. Unacceptable and no resolution.

I had a slight problem with my heated throw. I emailed the company, someone replied straight away and offered some guidance steps and hey ho problem solved.
Very friendly and helpful
Easy and straightforward ordering and delivery. Blanket is a replacement for one that i had for many years. This model is vastily improved, heats up in no time, the bamboo material is very soft and i just love my electric blanket. Great buy, which i know will last and be used for many years
My daughter had already purchased one before I did. She loves hers, so I got one for my Dad to help with his knee pain.
He has used it every day since I gave it to him and he really likes it.

I bought a Dreamland heated throw in Dec 2022 for around £80. It stopped working after just over three years despite light use and careful storage. Customer service explained it was outside the two-year warranty and offered a 15% discount on a replacement. I was disappointed that the durability question wasnât addressed. It seems that 3 years is considered an acceptable lifespan by them but I know other electric blankets last much longer. I would consider this before purchasing

I purchased 2 electric blankets both failed .l got 1 reworking but had to buy a new one.
I was very happy with the first blanket but disappointed when the 2. I had purchased failed with the same flashing orange number 1. I got one of them working but had to replace the 2nd one.
This is not a cheap item when it works it is for me excellent at 86 years old I find it a great comfort.

I'd actually like to give a 4.5, as everything is really good apart from minor blemishes:
My experience is based on owning for 2 years, 2 of the more expensive throws = the herringbone.
They are excellent:
The 6 different heat settings and 3 auto shut of timer settings (1, 3, or 9 hours) work extremely well.
They can indeed be washed. I put them on the (gentle) wool setting in the washing machine. I have had no problems with this at all.
I live on my own for most of the time. These throws are so good that I don't have the heating on...(until I have visitors). Saves massively in heating bills!
The not so good ( = the blemishes):
My puppy chewed though the controller cable.
1) You cannot call Dreamland; you have to email them.
2) You cannot buy a spare cable, and they are also basically not available elsewhere.
So, I thought of buying a refurbished, cheaper model throw, just to get the cable.
The saving graces!
Dreamland was properly responsive to emails. They confirmed that the controller was same for the herringbone and the cheaper model. (But warned about potential safety issues with 2nd hand controllers etc)
SO.... On reflection, I think I'll buy a new herringbone throw as they currently on offer. I will then have a spare for as and when one of my throws fails.
Frankly, I love these throws. Thank you, Dreamland.

After a little over one year, our electric blanket stopped working on one side. It was replaced without question in just a couple of days. Fantastic service!

Efficient, reliable, friendly and productive. One of the best customer service I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I didn't expect a refund to be honest, I didn't really know what this outcome would be.
Online when you Google top/best electric throws UK for some reason Silent night throws come out top! Having bought one for the bedroom i can tell you they ain't a patch on your product, they hardly even give any heat out!. So your guaranteed i'm now off to buy another Dreamland throw, no other product comes anywhere near.
