If I could give it zero stars, I would. DO NOT order from this company unless you want to be completely stressed out before your event. I’ve been waiting over a month, and every time I message them they say “it’s being expedited,” yet I still don’t have the dress.

This was definitely a dress worth the wait! I can already imagine the screams of excitement I'll hear when I wear it to my wedding. Initially, I was worried about the quality, and my husband advised against buying a dress online. However, dresses in physical stores are just too expensive. I bought this dress on a whim, and I was blown away! I don't think it's that different from dresses in physical stores. I've decided to buy my husband's wedding suit from this website as well. By the way, be sure to measure your measurements before buying and choose the correct size. Even a few inches off might make it unsuitable. My dress was a little too big in the bust when it arrived, but I had it altered at a tailor shop, and it looks perfect on me!

We ordered two dresses, they looked okay but the quality was sub par and the sizing was off. We asked to return these and we're told that the it would be too expensive and too timely and refused to give us the return address. All they would offer is a 15% refund and told to resell if we didn't want them.

I would strongly recommend against purchasing anything from this retailer

am writing to formally request a 100% refund for my recent purchase, as your company did not fulfill its obligations regarding delivery.

At the time of purchase, I provided all required information, including the specific event date for which the order was needed. There was no indication or communication suggesting additional processing or delivery time would be required until April 8th when I inquired an update Based on the information presented, April 10th your response was the dress was complicated and it would not be ready in time, my response was do not proceed and refund for this disadvantage, My purchase in good faith has been paid in full expecting that the order would be fulfilled accordingly.

Unfortunately, the order has/was not delivered within the necessary timeframe, and I have not received the merchandise at all. I was also not contacted regarding any potential delays or inability to meet the specified date until April 8th as I stated. This lack of communication and failure to meet the agreed-upon terms has caused significant inconvenience and directly impacted my planned event.

Additionally, the offer of only a 30% refund is unacceptable given that the service was not fulfilled as agreed. This situation reflects a complete failure to meet the terms of the purchase, and as such, a partial refund does not adequately resolve the issue. Your website is falsely advertised of the no hassle, timely delivery and I use your rush order process.

Given these circumstances, I expect a full refund to be issued.

Please process the refund at your earliest convenience 100%. I would appreciate confirmation once this has been completed. I have provided below the correspondence at the time of purchase and it states no where of the processing time , only delivery starting from March 23, 2026 which is 21 days ago, your confirmation 7 to 10 days shipping , it does not imply 10 to 15 processing and 7to 10 business days delivery.

I hope in this message the company will not keep giving the run around the dress is not even in the shipping process , it is still suppose to be in production therefore being a stylist for exquisite clientele, i completely understand it can be stop. I would like 100% of my money back. I had to purchase a new dress i am not Meade whole for the problem

If I could give 0 stars I would. Dress arrived late and doesn’t fit and now they are making it impossible for me to return. AVOID!!! Wish I had never ordered my daughters prom dress here terrible service! Product is cheap shiny material too. Don’t buy!

Dress was ordered 2-26 to be here by 4/11 for my daughters senior prom. There is has been multiple coorespondance via email with the company all of which they stated that "it will arrive on time, be patient" and that they "expedited production". The dress is not here, my daughters prom is ruined and they will not refund for the dress. Taiolor time is supposed to take 10-15 business days and we are well over that. Do not order from this company. It is a complete joke

The dress I received is quite long, too long actually. And the bust is also a bit large. However, the dress itself is absolutely beautiful, so I'm planning to take it to a tailor for alterations. If you're planning to buy from this company, make sure to measure yourself carefully and choose the right size, otherwise you'll need to spend extra money on alterations. That said, their prices are really affordable, so it's still worth it!

Purchased a dress from this company last year for my prom and absolutely loved it, so I came back this year to order again. This time I chose a dress that's more expensive than my last one, but it's also much more luxurious. Totally worth it!

Online shopping for my wedding made me really nervous at first. My wedding is in June this year, so I started by ordering one flower girl dress as a test. I was so happy with it that I ordered two more flower girl dresses and two bridesmaid dresses. I've received everything now and they're exactly what I hoped for! I'm planning to purchase all my wedding dresses from this company.

Received my dress today and tried it on. It fits perfectly! I carefully measured myself before ordering because formal gowns aren't like everyday clothes where you can get away with a looser fit. A dress like this needs to fit properly to look its best, and I'm so happy I took the time to get my measurements right!

Make sure you read the return policy before purchase! They claim “hassle free returns” but then ghost you when you ask for a return stating “it’s not a quality issue.” The dress IS Bad quality! We received the dress and it looked nothing like the picture. It feels cheap and looks cheap. The color is also completely different than what is shown. It looks rich and glamorous in the picture, and looks like a 1980’s bridesmaids dress in person.

This is my third purchase from this company, and I've been very satisfied with all of my orders. The first two dresses fit perfectly and were exactly what I expected. This time, I had a minor issue with the bust area being a bit snug - but that's on me, as I've gained a little weight recently! The good news is that the dressmakers are thoughtful enough to leave extra fabric allowance in their garments, which makes alterations easy. I simply took it to my local tailor who was able to let it out slightly, and now it fits beautifully.

My daughter felt absolutely beautiful wearing it, and I felt great knowing I found such a wonderful dress at a reasonable price. Highly recommend this for anyone shopping for prom or formal events!

For the price, the dress is an incredible value. The quality rivals much more expensive options we looked at in boutiques.

I didn't carefully read their size chart before purchasing. I ordered based on my usual size, but it turned out the fit wasn't right. Then I discovered they have their own size chart. Because the dress is very beautiful, I ended up spending extra money to get it altered.

I received my dress three days ago. I didn't want to spend too much money on a prom dress, and the prices here are very affordable. The quality is acceptable. I'm completely satisfied with it, and it's worth the price.
