Looks nice, fabric means it's not very fixed in shape so will warp easily. We have wooden floors so it will definitely need a non-slip material on the back. Quick delivery.

I received a squashed and cracked helmet after 3 days order online. And the supplier gave me refund after I emailed to them, and they noticed me it was caused by the logistic company. Thanks for their quick response and kindly service.

Never received order
The order went through, I received a tracking email but then I got refunded and told the item is out of stock. Eventhough it’s still on website. A bit of a hassle, and it took a week to get funds.

We do apologise Chaya. Due to COVID we are experiencing some issues with inventory on some brands. Stock is often low in the supplier warehouse and items go into backorder overnight. We do our absolute best to keep inventory up to date and thankfully this issue happens rarely. Refunds from our end are immediate however the banks have a 4 day lag unfortunately which is super frustrating I know. Appreciate your feedback and we are unto it. Sandy - Dreamy Kidz

EDIT: Still awaiting my refund despite being sent a faulty trike and returning the trike now some days ago.
I am providing a 3 out of 5 as I feel there has been both positive and negative experiences. I purchased and subsequently returned a trike as I felt the pictures describing the item was deceiving. The bike appeared with a basket attachment in 5 out of 8 pictures and did not describe anywhere that the basket was not included. In fact it was described that the helmet was not included but not the basket and the price of this item was much higher than the same product on other sites so I was happy to pay extra to receive the basket. Upon receiving the trike, there was no basket and having it confirmed that this was not included I requested a refund which was immediately fulfilled. Appreciate the customer service and very prompt response, but I do feel it was a real waste of my time purchasing an item that I now have to return and purchase a new one again. The pictures should not display the basket if this is not provided or an option with extra cost.

Thanks for your feedback Michelle. Sorry to hear of your experience. We note the trike was returned due to the box being damaged which was no issue at all. We gladly issue returns for damaged boxes and faulty products - thankfully this happens rarely. The trike was received by the warehouse 3 days ago and a refund was issued same day. It does take about 2-3 business days for that return to show in your account. Do let us know if you don't receive the refund tomorrow and we will look into it for you.
