I received my dress and asked to return it. I paid $238. I received an email with questions. I answered them and asked for a return address. Never heard from them again...
I still need to return it.

The dress we received was way too big but now I can't get anyone from DressFirst to reply to my tickets indicating we need to return it. Obviously there's no phone# on their website so I'm just SOL! I strongly discourage you from buying from this site. Customer service is the worst!!!

I ordered a mother of the bride dress. Supposed to be delivered in 8-12 days. 21 days later it wasn't here so I had to go buy a dress that was wrong style, wrong color. When dress arrived it was hideously poor workmanship and cheap, thin material. I would not have worn it even if it arrived on time. I requested refund, but they were not willing. I tried to cancel through my credit card, but too much time had lapsed. I got ripped off for $229.98. Lesson -- do NOT buy from vendor in CHINA. You will not be treated right and you will not have a nice dress. I find it interesting all the good reviews talk about a turtleneck or other clothing they don't even sell. Fake reviews.

Ich weiss nicht ob ich da je mal was bestellt habe. Könnte schon sein wäre dann aber sicher schon Jahre her. Darum geht es aber in meiner Bewertung nicht. Mich stört extrem, dass ich schon mehrmals den sogenannten Newsletter abgemeldet habe und dennoch regelmässig Werbemails erhalte. Das alleine ist mehr als Grund genug da nie (mehr) was zu bestellen oder sie weiter zu empfehlen.

hatte vor Jahren mal ein Kleid bei DressFirst bestellt gehabt und dazu meine Körpermaße durchgegeben, damit es sozusagen nach den Maßen angefertigt werden kann. Es war mit Chiffron Stoff. Damit war ich sehr zufrieden auch wenn damals noch zusätzliche Zollgebüren angefallen sind und mir das zuvor nicht mitgeteilt worden war.
Habe dieses Jahr (2021) erneut bei DressFirst bestellt. (ohne Maßanfertigung). Die Qualität ist nicht sonderlich gut. Die Ware kommt vermutlich aus China. Was mich jedoch geärgert hatte war, dass es nicht zurückgeschickt werden konnte, obwohl auf der Webseite "sorgloser Rückversand" steht. Sie senden einem kein Retourlabel und fordern einen auf, die Ware zu behalten. Sie haben mir zwar dann 30% der Kosten zurücküberwiesen, aber für das, dass mir die Hälfte der Kleidung nicht gepasst hatte, sitzt man dann am Ende trotzdem auf der Ware und bekommt sie kaum weiterverkauft. EIn Kleidungsstück war sogar beschädigt gewesen, das sie mir zugeschickt hatten. Auch dieses haben sie nicht wieder angenommen.

Bought a dress for my son’s wedding, it didn’t fit and looked cheap. Tried to return it and I have nothing but trouble. First I had to send pictures proving it didn’t fit, then they said they would send fabric for an alteration. When I repeated I just want a refund they said they would make it again. This is still ongoing and so very frustrating! I would not ever purchase from this company again!

Their page says 15 days to process and another 5-8 days shipping. I ordered my dress Sept 15, and every day their tracking says due to ship 10/10 and adding a day every day I check. They're out of Hong Kong, so even though I paid extra for expedited delivery... I gave up on getting this dress on time and just bought another dress on Amazon. Don't waste your money on these people. They couldn't care less about you.

I ordered dresses for my flower girls during quarantine when all the shops were closed.I need to return one that doesn't fit. I bought them in standard sizes because the website says you cannot return custom orders. I tried calling and emailing to request the return form (it is not included in the box like EVERY OTHER ONLINE RETAILER). I got a return email from 2 separate addresses saying their inbox is full and my calls to them will not go through. DO NOT BUY FROM DRESSFIRST. I thought this was a great online alternative to in-store shopping during Coronavirus, but I was very very wrong. They are liars - saying you can make returns but not giving you a way to do so. As if I needed anything else to go wrong as a COVID-Bride.

OKAY... So I ordered some dresses from here and then I cancelled them right away - like the next day. Then I requested a refund and I was told I would only get 10%. First off, you can't call them. They use an email system as a means of contact with customers. I messaged them back and let them know that I deserved a full refund because I had cancelled within their time frame of receiving a full refund (you need to check their refund policies on their page). So they emailed me back and told me I would receive a full refund, and about two weeks later it went through! So yeah, for me, I did get my refund. And the fact that they use an email system wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, because they did always contact me back.

Do not order from this website. They take your money but do not send the items. I have constantly tried to contact them but every time I raise a ticket with them they close the ticket. I am now £150 out of pocket. Please do not waste your money.

Super positiv Überrascht!
Ich habe mein Brautkleid bei Dressfirst.com bestellt und wurde (trotz Zweifel nach dem Lesen der Erfahrungsberichte) positiv überrascht.
Das Kleid von Dressfirst war MEIN Brautkleid und ich habe es mit Stolz getragen. Niemand hätte gedacht das ich das nicht im Brautmodengeschäft gekauft hätte. Auf meine Anfragen über das Kontaktmenü auf der Website wurde innerhalb kurzer Zeit und auf Deutsch geantwortet. Sonderbestellungen (in meinem Fall das Kleid ohne Schleppe) wurden ohne Probleme durchgeführt. Von der Qualität und dem Look bin ich auch jetzt noch überzeugt. Der Kundenkontakt war super freundlich und hat mich auch immer auf dem Laufenden gehalten bezüglich Versandstatus. Das Kleid war gut verpackt und hat auch nicht gerochen. Die Qualität war super und es wurde auf Maß angefertigt. Es musste nur noch einmal der Rock etwas gekürzt werden, weil ich mich vermessen hatte. Ansonsten alles perfekt. Lieferzeit war auch top. Alles in allem (für mich) ein klares JA zum Kauf. Nochmal ganz liebe Grüsse und DANKE falls das jemand von Dressfirst liest. <3

Nowhere does it say they wont fully refund! I ordered based on measurements, yet the dress definitely ran smaller than those listed... they offered a 10%refund BUYER BEWARE!

I am so pleased with the dress I ordered for my 11 year olds prom from dress first. It only took 15 days to get to the UK. The dress it self Is beautiful and made to a very high standard. The dress looks exactly like it is on the website. Thank you so much. I would not hesitate to order again and would recommend them. They kept me upto date with the delivery and answered any questions I had promptly. The dress is also very good value for money. Thank you so much.

Vi ho acquistato il vestito da sposa, prendendomi le misure, e quindi con una taglia personalizzata.
A parte che è arrivato con una velocità che non mi aspettavo, ma fatto veramente bene. Nonostante mi fossi preparata a fargli fare qualche aggiustamento con la sarta di fiducia ( non si sa mai), quando l'ho provato, calzava come un guanto, come se mi fosse stato cucito addosso.
Ho fatto un figurone, e molti mi hanno chiesto dove avessi trovato un vestito così particolare e quanto lo avessi pagato.
Ho acquistato anche il velo corto. Soddisfatta al 100%

Awful! I ordered a standard size flowergirl dress as it says you cannot return custom made dresses (for obvious reasons) yet still they tell me they will not allow me to return it for a refund as all dresses arw made to order. Hmm absolute scandle! Thankfully the dress wasn't that expensive, but even so!

BEWARE
We ordered a dress for my mom for my wedding. The color is NOT at all what is pictured on the website. They were only willing to issue us a 10% refund for this issue. The sizes also run VERY small. They were unwilling to exchange for size and had more of a "you ordered that size, it's your problem" mentality. There was also an extremely visible area of frayed material along the sash that they did not address at all during our countless back and forth messages just to issue a simple exchange.

In summary, NOT accurate product to what you see on website, tedious and impossible return policy, no concern for customer satisfaction.

Weniger als 1 Stern ist leider nicht möglich! Die angegebenen Größen sind leider keine EU Größen. Wenn man nicht mal darauf hinweist das man eine Größe größer kaufen sollte, warum verkauft man dann in EU Länder?? Das schlimmste aber ist, dass man bei Rücksendungen einen Gutschein angeboten bekommt und sie das Geld nicht zurück überweisen wollen. Ich rate jedem sich hier nicht rum zu ärgern sondern lieber das Geld in die Hand zu nehmen für den Anwalt. Denn mal ganz ehrlich bevor ich es denen schenke gebe ich es lieber dem Anwalt für zufrieden stellende Leistungen! Ich werde hier sicherlich nichts mehr kaufen deshalb bringt der Gutschein leider gar nichts!! Vielen Dank für die Unannehmlichkeiten!! NIE WIEDER!! Lieber nehme ich 50 Euro mehr in die Hand und bestelle bei Verkäufern aus der EU! Da bekommt man Qalität und muss sich nicht ärgern. Seriös ist das hier sicherlich nicht!

Nicht bestellen!!!!! Lügner am Werk!!!! Ich habe bei dress first 3 Kleider bestellt natürlich um nur eins zu behalten. Ich habe sie nicht Maßschneidern lassen sondern nur eine Größe und Farbe angegeben!! Dennoch behaupten die Leute dieser Website die Kleider wären maßgeschneidert und könnten nicht zurück genommen werden !! Aber da in den AGB’s nichts davon steht dass die Kleider nicht zurückgeschickt werden können ist ein online Konzern rechtlich dazu verpflichtet die unbeschädigte Ware zurück zu nehmen und das Geld zurück zu erstatten!!! Außerdem kann man mit der Website überhaupt nicht in Kontakt treten es gibt keine Adresse, keine Telefonnummer es wird kein Lieferschein oder eine Rechnung mitgeschickt!!!!! Diese Website ist einzig und allein extrem hinterhältig, unprofessionel und richtig hässlich !!!!!!
