Item was never delivered

Item was never delivered, it had to be returned to Tradeinn by the courier because the address label was mis-printed.
I requested a refund but this never happened, despite 10+ emails and copies of tracker history. In the end I made a complaint to PayPal who refunded without question.
Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with.

Una compra y no más.

Una compra y no más.
Con dos puestas de un calzado por una niña, la suela se desgasta notablemente, con un desgaste de agujeros. Son dos puestas yendo al colegio por lo tanto no era posible ese desgaste que fuese normal ya que hemos usado otras playeras de ese tipo de suela y nunca nos ha pasado. Poniéndonos en contacto con la marca no recibimos contestación a las múltiples llamadas con esperas de hasta ocho y diez minutos en la llamada, hemos tenido que escribir como diez mensajes para recibir una respuesta clara ya que en las contestaciones de la web tampoco recibíamos nada, sólo respuestas generales sin ningún tipo de solución.
Tras más de diez mensajes, incluso una reclamación en web aceptada y finalizada en el mismo día sin hacer ningún tipo de trámite... Y tras escribir a ver que teníamos que hacer al estar aceptada finalizada y sin ninguna contestación, recibimos la respuesta de que no se puede hacer nada.
Por lo tanto, una atención al cliente nefasta donde no hemos tenido mensajes claros hasta después de diez mensajes entre web y correos, ni una contestación a llamadas que han durado hasta diez minutos escuchando música y ninguna solución hasta después de escribir diez veces y donde se obtienen mensajes generales sin respuesta.
Está claro, que no ha sido una buena experiencia para repetir en compras.

Le Sketchers corrispondono a quanto visto e ordinato. La “consegna” Ú avvenuta nei tempi previsti, ma purtroppo non mi Ú stato permesso di scegliere il recapito a un fermo posta, quindi mi Ú stato addebitato 1€ in più per la consegna a domicilio, ma questa non Ú avvenuta lo stesso e sono quindi dovuta andare alla posta per prelevare il pacco.

Meine schlimmste Erfahrung beim Onlinekauf.

Mein Stern ist ein Pflichtstern !
Ich hatte mich ÃŒber eine neue Plattform gefreut, aber es wurde meine schlimmste Erfahrung im Onlinekauf. Lieferung und Retoure sind in der Gesamtheit der zeitlichen Abfolge und Bearbeitung inakzeptabel und nicht zeitgemÀß.
Auch wurde nach Erhalt einer Uhr u.a. auf meine Anfrage zur Wasserdichtigkeit nicht geantwortet, sondern auf eine sogenannte "RÌcksendeanfrage" verwiesen. Dort hÀtte ich sechs ! Pflichtfotos von einer intakten Uhr einstellen mÌssen, um Ìberhaupt mein Anliegen schildern zu können. Danach wolle man die Anfrage prÌfen und mich in wenigen Tagen informieren...Ich habe die Uhr zurÌckgeschickt.

Katastrophe

Katastrophe! Hab Schuhe bestellt, die viel zu groß ausfallen, RÃŒckgabe geht jetzt nur, indem ich den Kundenservice kontaktiere, der ewig braucht, um sich per Mail zurÃŒckzumelden, meine Mails nicht richtig liest (Angabe, ich solle mich in meinem Kundenkonto anmelden, um die RÃŒcksendung einzuleiten – obwohl ich beschrieben hatte, dass ich kein Konto erstellt habe) und zudem vorschlÀgt, dass ich die RÃŒcksendung selbst bezahlen muss.

Wer groß damit wirbt, dass eine RÃŒcksendung super einfach gehen soll, sollte diesen Prozess ehrlich besser strukturiert haben. Bin sehr enttÀuscht und werde hier nicht wieder kaufen.
