When customers contact us regarding an issue with an item, we do ask for images or videos so our team can fully assess what’s happening. If the initial footage isn’t clear enough for us to properly review, we may request additional details to ensure we’re making the fairest and most accurate decision based on what’s presented ✨

Please note, where items are confirmed as faulty, we always aim to provide an appropriate resolution in line with our policy. Partial refunds may be offered as one of several options depending on the assessment, however this does not affect your statutory rights.

Our team has reached out to request your order details so we can look into this further, however we’ve not yet received a response. This may be why there’s been some confusion regarding the information needed.

In terms of refunds and exchanges, we do operate within a processing timeframe of up to 14 working days once returns arrive back to us. We completely understand that this can feel tight when shopping for time sensitive events, which is why we recommend allowing for this timeframe where possible when reordering for special occasions.

We’re sorry to hear the style wasn’t the right fit for you. All of our product images are taken to accurately represent the design, however fit can vary depending on body shape and item fabric.

With regards to returns, our return postage fee is outlined in our policy prior to purchase. This helps us continue offering competitive pricing and fast delivery options for our customers. However, customers can opt to return using their own courier of choice to avoid this deduction.

We understand it’s disappointing when a style doesn’t work out, but we do always encourage customers to review our size guide carefully or reach out to our team before ordering if they’re unsure.

When an order is flagged by our security system, often due to a discrepancy between the billing details, our team are required to conduct a thorough verification process. In this instance, as the names across the documentation provided did not fully align with the order details. When security standards are not met, our policy is to cancel the order and issue an immediate refund to ensure no unauthorised charges take place.

Regarding your delivery, we understand how frustrating delays can be. This was investigated with the courier at the time it was raised and had been resolved when initially reported. Unfortunately, transit delays are beyond our direct control once a parcel has been dispatched, but we always aim to assist our customers wherever possible.

Once a return is received at our warehouse, our policy states that refunds can take up to 14 working days to be processed. We can confirm that your return was processed within this timeframe, and your refund was successfully issued. Depending on your bank, it can take a few additional days to appear in your account. 🎀

Our Customer Service Team work through all enquiries in the order they are received. When multiple new enquiries are opened for the same issue, our AI agent may provide an automated response to acknowledge a new case. Once your enquiries were maintained in the queue, our team were able to respond directly and finalise your return as normal. ✨

We take all quality and product safety concerns seriously. When a fault is reported, the item must be returned so our team can assess it and determine an appropriate resolution. Unfortunately, if an item is retained, we are unable to examine it and therefore cannot investigate or confirm a reported issue.

Our request for a return was made in line with our standard policy and was not intended to dismiss your concerns or place blame. Without the item being returned, we are unable to progress the matter further.
