My Chromebook had an issue, and Dr. Fix It took it apart to assess and attempt a repair. Initially, it didn’t seem like a cost-effective fix, so I assumed it was a lost cause. I really appreciated that there was no charge for the diagnostic since I wasn’t expecting a repair. However, when I picked it up and opened it, the issue had actually been resolved—the attempted fix worked after all. I fully expected to pay at that point, but they still insisted on no charge. Amazing service all around

I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else now. I’ve had my phone repaired at other places before and the experience was terrible — poor quality repairs and problems coming back not long after. That’s why finding Dr Fix It was such a relief.
The service was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. My phone was fixed quickly and the quality of the repair was excellent — it feels like a brand-new phone again.
It’s rare to find someone who takes real pride in their work and genuinely cares about helping customers, but that’s exactly what you get here. Reliable, honest, and very skilled.
If you need your phone repaired, I highly recommend Dr Fix It. Brilliant service and fantastic results — I won’t trust my phone with anyone else again!

Needed a screen replacement, options fully explained, my phone isn’t used for anything fancy - Roland didn’t try to upsell me the more expensive one, carried out the job and my phone was returned within the hour. Not a rip off price like some bigger companies - would definitely recommend and will be my first go in future.

They're local, which helps, but so impressively efficient. Great price, really good quality. We had our son's phone screen replaced. Such lovely people, too. Will definitely use again.

I have used the services of Dr Fixit.Tech twice now for two different Samsung phone repairs. On both occasions, the problem was promptly diagnosed, a quote provided and the work undertaken as promised in quick time and as quoted. It is refreshing to know that there is still someone who can give good honest service at an affordable price. I would certainly recommend Roland at DrFixit.

I had a cracked screen on an ipad Air which Roland was able to fix in a few days after having to order a part. He was even honest enough to charge less than originally quoted as he had been able to purchase the part for less than expected. I would definitely use again.

Got my IPhone screen replaced. I would highly recommend. Excellent service and rate. 10/10.

I phoned up DRFIXIT.TECH spoke to Roland with a request for a new battery for my Samsung phone,on Tuesday PM after giving him details of model number and serial number he said he would order a battery and fit it for me the next day. a few hours after i drop the phone off the next day I had a text to say it was ready, this was excellent service thank you Roland

Very reasonable quote. I could pick up my phone on the same day so there was no inconvenience of waiting multiple days. Great service and no issues with my phone after.

Roland repaired my HP laptop. After looking at it, he let me know what the problem was quickly via text with photos and advised that the cost would be a little more than he had quoted, as a new lid was needed. This was due to the plastic which held the screws in place being damaged beyond repair.
The repair was done quickly once the lid was delivered and my laptop is all good again.
Roland is friendly and welcoming and very knowledgeable in his field. I would definitely recommend him.

Roland changed my s22 ultra screen yesterday. He did it quickly and professionally, he even let me watch as I turned up to collect my phone a little early.

I contacted Roland as my dad had smashed his iPad screen. I usually go to a different person to sort out any iPad/phone issues but when carrying out a google search Roland came up and was just down the road from me. Roland had the parts in stock and was very informative. I asked a lot of questions and he was able to answer them all. My dad also had issues with the power on button (kept sticking) and also the volume button, which we were told by the person we usually go to wasn’t fixable. I mentioned this to Roland and he sorted the power on button by simply cleaning it, the other one, he was able to fix and the iPad it like new. I will 100% use Roland again, in fact will be going to see him soon as my husband has smashed his iPhone screen.

My sons phone died and we contacted Dr fixit in the Brislington area. Roland did a fantastic job of sending the phone off to be repaired by replacing the motherboard. We were so pleased that my son's photos were saved. 🙂

Roland was both friendly, helpful and seemed knowledgeable. Sorted a broken screen on my Samsung S7 Edge, no issues, reasonable price.
