Excellent online consultation and outstanding care
I had an online consultation with Dr. Bruno da Silva on Tuesday because I was dealing with a urinary tract infection. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Dr. Bruno was kind, professional, attentive, and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. He explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the consultation. I received the treatment I needed quickly, and I felt much more confident after speaking with him. I highly recommend Dr. Bruno da Silva and this website to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and compassionate online medical care. Thank you for the great service!

I had a great experience with the Dr
I had a great experience with the Dr. Galen team. I was assisted by Annie Shook, who connected me to the particular doctor I was looking for. Initially I was skeptical about consulting a physician through a tele health platform, but the experience was simple and hassle free. The doctor was available for consultation a few days after I booked the appointment. Half an hour before the appointment I was sent the link to connect with the doctor and someone from the health team assisted me to get on the call, once the call was over, they checked to see that all was satisfactory.
I am happy to say that my experience with drgalen was wonderful. The health care team were very professional- great with their online support, patient, polite and helpful. The doctor was great too- very diligent, warm and knowledgeable. I will be using the service again in the future should the need arise, and I have no hesitation in recommending the same.

This was my first experience using Online Health Consulting. Annie was my customer service rep and she was wonderful and quick to respond and kept me updated. It took a little while as the first physician wasn’t available, however, she kept working on it and contacted another doctor, Dr. Martin Perlin who jumped right in and got me taken care of before the pharmacy closed tonight. I really appreciate Annie’s persistence in getting this taken care of and Dr. Perlin’s prompt assistance. Thank you.

Kann mir vielleicht jemand erklären warum Dr. Victor Simunovic QR codes erstellt, die keine Apotheke in Deutschland auslesen kann und deswegen der Patient keine Medikamente bekommen kann, selbst Versandapotheken wir Aponeo, Medpex, Shop-Apotheke lehnen seine Rezepte ab.

Wow, what an experience! Fantastic service. Told chat what I required and a real person sent me a message on WhatsApp and liased with a Doctor who sent over a prescription which was able to be got from a local pharmacy. Can not beat that service or the price of it!
