I recently had a skin consultation with Dr Haus regarding some skin spots and an overall assessment of my body skin, and I was genuinely impressed by the experience.

Dr Haus listened carefully to every concern I had and took the time to explain everything in detail. His level of knowledge is honestly like having a medical Wikipedia in front of you. He is extremely thorough, professional, and reassuring, while still making everything easy to understand.

He assessed the spots carefully and suggested an appropriate treatment plan, but what stood out most was his holistic approach to skin health rather than focusing only on isolated concerns. He also recommended a laser treatment to help improve collagen production and overall skin quality across the body, which gave me confidence that the treatment plan was tailored not only for short-term results but also for long-term skin health and rejuvenation.

I've been going to Dr Haus for about a year now. My Dermatologist is Dr Assim and she has been amazing. My acne issues (comedones, acne scarring, hormonal acne breakouts) have reduced a lot by using topical medications. Dr Assim has also given advice on skin care routines, products and food which all contribute to skin health. Alongside this, I have done some hydrafacials every few months to manage my skin's health. I'm Black British and the treatments have all worked well for my skin type.

The customer service cannot be faulted either - everyone I've come across at reception, email or over the phone have been kind, welcoming and have resolved queries promptly.

Fabulous experience at this clinic. Dr Haus himself and his team, Jessie, Naomi are all very nice and professional. My latest treatment was handled very smoothly and I am very pleased with the results. Highly recommended!

I went to Dr Assim last year with a cosmetic problem but she told me that I shouldn't rule out a BCC and convinced me to have a biopsy, which I'm thankful for as it was a BCC. She shaved off the lesion though and it looks much better and I'm now in the process of finding a plastic surgeon to go to, to have it removed. I would recommend Dr Assim any time. Besides her excellent skills she's also lovely and warm.

I have been seeing Dr Assim since October last year for particularly resistant very dark undereye circles. The treatment I received has been of the highest professional quality and the results are visibly noticeable. I was not expecting a miracle because undereye pigmentation is extremely difficult to treat. But in 6 months the before and after photos show a significant improvement. I am delighted and Dr Assim provided detailed consultations and really listened to how I felt about this problem, answered my questions and gave advice catering to my skin issues.
