My doctor was great and very supportive of what I need and wondered about my symptoms

The visit was on time and quick. Very easy to schedule an appointment. I liked that I got to pick my doctor. The doctor was knowledgeable and helpful. He was very nice as well. I would use this again.

This doctor visit was the best visit I ever had. The visit started at the time scheduled and the duration was two minutes.

Fast easy to the point.

Excellent and fast service from a provider

I felt very comfortable with her. She's very friendly very outgoing usually online doctors is you've never met. It can be nerve-racking. But she listened to what I had to say and everything worked out and we both love cats.

I did not have an issue with the physician providing medical advice.
BIG issue with the billing department.
First, you cannot talk to anyone directly you must email them and wait for a response.
Second they do not seem to thoroughly read the information sent to them.
I paid my co-pay with credit card. Then my Medicare supplement insurance company ALSO sent them a duplicate payment with “easy pay”.
My Medicare supplement sent me a letter providing the check number and date it was issued to the company.
I have asked for a refund to my CC several times and they are giving me a runaround claiming they never received the check —even though I sent them the letter confirming payment was made 3 weeks prior.

I AM HOPING THEY WILL RESOLVE THE MATTER.

Wow, this was the easiest and fastest appt I’ve ever had. I will definitely use them again and honestly I wish I would have known about them sooner.

Good women kind considerate and diligent more than competent to take care of any problem

I was really digging this. I think it’s way better than having to drive all the way to urgent care and knowing that I didn’t think it was that bad but I wanted to have that reassurance from someone so anyways, yeah it was a good experience.

Quick and simple just answered a few questions and got a work note really easy

The doctor was understanding and supportive of my issues.

Dr.G is awesome he listens to what u have to say and gives great advice and knowledge for whatever ur issue maybe.

I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Rasheed. He was quick & thorough. He made sure I got my preferred antibiotics as well. Will absolutely use again!

What a scam. I told him that I had stomach issues with bloating and I might have gastroenteritis. It’s happened before. He Did did not even wanna listen repeating to go to the ER and get a CT scan I won’t be using them again.
They just don’t want to take any responsibility, but they want your money I will be fighting this with my credit card. And my insurance.

Dr arrived early, answered all my questions immediately and professionally, and i was done and got a refill even before the scheduled appointment start time, very convenient!

Listened to my symptoms and found a good treatment plan quickly

This was my first time doing the virtual visit and I do believe I'll use it more often. My Dr was very kind and understanding. She kept the visit short and sweet and didn't make me feel uncomfortable.
