Strawberries n Cream is absolutely delicious, and 33g of protein with milk is exactly what I need. My only problems with the product is the servings per container being a little low for the price, and it clumps up pretty easily in the shaker bottle if you don't go doomguy mode shaking it up. Otherwise it's a solid product and Ive already been recommending it to my coworkers.

Charged my $20 for shipping, then product became sold out, never got notified that it was out of stock, never got told when it will be back in stock. Customer service said “soon” but this was two weeks ago. Pretty disappointed with the whole experience, almost a month later and I still don’t have my product.

Well I received a bone jug with a hole in it and the customer service was great. Response time was decent and they said they were sending me a replacement soon so all in all decent. Product taste is out of this world.

Wonderful product, fast shipping!

I love the taste of these protein powders, but I do wish they were easier to mix. I find lots of chunks even after vigorous mixing. I love all of the flavors that I've tried so far!

The products are delicious and affordably priced in relation to how much you get; additionally they are healthy and easy to make & consume. The only thing lacking is a cheaper shipping option as they only offer 1 option and it is very expensive, so I hope that they figure out how to offer more variety in this area to help the net cost even if it means stuff takes longer to get delivered.

Just didn't like the taste personally. I didn't know that they also sold samples (because it was pretty hidden) so I unfortunately wasted a bunch of money.

I got a bundle builder with like 1 of everything to try it. The peanut butter meal bar was 10/10, they were actually filing and filled the sweet tooth graving. The cookies were not my favorite. The cinnamon toast shake mix actually just tastes like a milk shake and was very filling.

I purchased the cookies n cream flavor as well as some of the single serve packets. I love the flavor, and they help to keep me full during my workday.

Second order placed on the same day and another home run. I'm so impressed with the level of service and to get my orders to me within 3 business days?!?! Absolutely amazing.

The package came in rough shape but the product was perfectly fine everything was great tasted great and the cup was nice

The shipping was very fast, received in 2-3 days. Everything was as ordered. The products are the best meal replacements I’ve ever used and I’ve taken quite a bit. Not only is the taste elite (taste great with milk or water which is rare) the best part: it actually makes me feel like I’ve eaten a meal. The perfect breakfast or late night shake.

After I had my surgery on my mouth I looked for a meal replacement to help keep me full during the healing process. I was told by a friend to try CTRL. It's month number 4 now n Iv lost weight and feel great overall drinking CTRL. I highly recommend this product.
