It don't work like I want it to.im trying to send it back for a refund but don't know where to send it.

This company sends no communication on order status. They sent a tracking number through the Shop app that has zero information and when searched on the tracking website shows “no record found”. It’s been weeks since the order was placed and I have no clue what the status is or when to expect the items. If I could give ZERO STARS I would.

Still have not received product !

I paid and ordered almost ten days ago and I still have zero details or any information on my package
