Wine not delivered after nearly 2 weeks and no refund either. However, a fantastic lady called Charlotte was immediately on the case (pun intended 😄) helpful and apologetic when I contacted Drinkwell... もっず芋る

Very fast delivery of our favourite - Skinny Brands lager. Like the fact that the boxes are marked as fragile and which way up they should be stacked. There have been a couple of casualties in unmarke... もっず芋る

God Send....Keto Beer !!!!

Over the last few months I have gone onto a keto diet and plan to keep my carbs very low as a way of life now. Google searched Keto beer and your company appeared straight away. Firstly I like your name, yeah drinkwell instead of drinking badly with sugary normal beer that bloats your stomach and causes digestive issue. I didn't experience this with your beers from the starter pack. I love beer and finding this low cal low sugar beer has been a god send. So just about to place my second order. Well done Drinkwell

Where is my order??

What went wrong

.

Placed my order in full confidence and nothing received from DrinkWell so I emailed them to chase it up

..

Guess what

..

Nothing heard, so I chased the order up again and guess what?? Yep nothing heard

So I’ve emailed them again and I’m hoping someone from their customer relations department actually answers; however, I have very little confidence that they will.

Bottom line here is that I am regretting ordering from DrinkWell, I can only hope others have a better experience than me.

I do not understand companies who ask for feedback when the product purchased hasn’t turned up!!!
