I was very dehydrated and so excited to learn of mobile iv option. I quickly located an appointment and paid, then learned there was no real availability for several days. Drip promptly processed a refund, but it was very disappointing.

Overpriced and unreliable communication. Much misunderstanding about medical clearances, even after they had been done. I had to email and talk on the phone with multiple people to get my subscription canceled to the point that it felt like harassment. Weeks after finally getting written confirmation that it was canceled and I wouldn't be charged again, voila! A new charge appeared on my credit card. And other problems I don't have time to get into -- just stay away and find a reliable naturopath.

Do not count on this company!
I scheduled a migraine/headache IV for my hotel in Paris.
A week prior I received confirmation, and was charged for the full amount.
On the day of the appointment, no one showed up and the LA-based contact numbers who had been corresponding to schedule initially, were unresponsive and unhelpful.
There was no follow-up at all, no explanation and no refund was issued.
They charge a lot for these treatments and the service and communication should be far better.
The migraine IV with what I assume was an added tip came to $731 USD.
Still waiting to hear from the company and waiting for my refund.
The only correspondence i have received was an email asking me to review the treatment that never happened.

I’ve been doing Drip Hydration for approximately over 4 1/2 years. They are the best. The ladies are wonderful. They take care of you and very knowledgeable. Alexandra is the.BEST I met her the first time I’ve been with them since. I can’t say enough about this company Caring wonderful very professional. If you need any type of Hydration or any other service they offer I would go with them instead of anyone else.!!!

Your representative, Axel, walked through the status of my subscription order and also placed an order for B12 vitamins. He was fast professional and a pleasure to talk with on the phone. Good job Axel!!

Loved how quickly the entire process went. I had a lot of questions and they answered every single one very efficiently. It was my first time so of course had a lot of questions. Also the nurse was wonderful and knew what she was doing.

They have been unavailable the last 3 times we have tried to book. Done with them.

I love this company! I’ve used them in New York City, San Diego, and Miami, and always had good experiences.

Tried to run IV in six different places in my arms and the lady couldn’t get one… had to call supervisor… and face time her.no experience …. Went to urgent care and they immediately were able to put in a line. I have never had such a bad experience…. If IVs are your business, you should know how to run an IV!
Never got the fluids I needed and a complete waste of time. AND the CHARGED ME!

Nurse was nice but did not seem very qualified
