Ich hatte am 19.12 eine Jacke bestellt.hab immer wieder geschrieben. Seit 30.12.und auch bei klarna Beschwerde eingereicht.und dann als klarna ihr Geld gefordert hat. Haben sie mir zurück geschrieben, dass ich es hätte und betruge.dann sollen sie es beweisen, dass ich es erhalten habe.kein Angaben zur Sendungsnummer oder Lieferanten. Nicht mal dafür haben sie kein Nachweis. und dass sie gerichtlich vorgehen, um mir angst zu machen.da ich mit mir im Reinen bin.und immer bezahle was ich erhalte. Können sie gern.ich kann alles nachweisen, dass ich nur eine Mail der Bestellung erhalten habe.und keine Ware.Und dass ich immer wieder versucht habe, immer geschrieben habe, dass ich es nicht erhalten habe. ALLES NUR FAKE

Finger weg. Seit eine Woche keine Reaktion auf Retoure. 5 Anfragen per E-Mail, nichts. Haben nicht Mal 1 Stern verdient. Ware 2 Wochen zu spät gekommen. Jetzt Bleibe ich auf meinen Kosten sitzen.
Keine Verbindung zum Mitarbeiter nur KI.

never received my item but got refunded the full amount in US$ without asking for it. Would not recommend ordering from this website. from the day ordering until having the money back took over a month.

I have still not received my order a month later. I have sent around 6 emails and messages to try and speak to someone. My order still hasn't been dispatched! Keep clear, do not order from driplaire.

It's kinda dumb that u refunded the stuff I payed but whatever. The bad thing is, that u don't give me my full money back. In ur opinion u gave me all but in my euro use opinion I don't become all my money back. All in all never see ur shoes or Hoodies so I can't say what the quality is.

Terrible, waited a month to get my item which was a Xmas present. A month later they give me a refund because of a Paypal processing mess up.

Please, please, please guys and girls whatever you do, do not order from these guys. It’s a total scam. Check out their insta page for proof. Many, many unhappy customers, all waiting well over a month since ordering with little to no contact from them about when orders will ship, myself included. Don’t believe the positive reviews either, pretty sure they are paid reviews to make the site look legit. Save your money. DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE PEOPLE.

They take too much time to do everything, answering emails, shipping, making the bot answer your message, etc. It's been a month since I ordered and it still hasn't shipped. What's going on??

Purchased a few pairs of their retros and travis's. Shipping was quite lengthy, though the customer serivce was great, providing routinely shipping updates... made it a fairly pleasant experience and thank the lord the wait seems worth it so far. The quality of their retros definitely was as described regarding their "UA" description; items being made with the same materials as the retail versions. Still waiting for the travis's to arrive but I have much higher and hopeful expectations now!

I purchased a pair of Jordans from here and let me just say the customer service was top notch. Not to mention the amazing quality of the shoes!
