Item is good quality but took 1 month to arrive. Emailed them about a possible refund due to sizing and still haven't heard back almost a week later.

I put in an order for an England shirt on the 8th of June for the world cup. The website said the shipping could take any time from 10-14 working days so I thought why not, it'll probably get here during the world cup but at latest it'll be here by the 26th so not the end of the world. I did notice it's a UK based company though so I did hope it would be here earlier because it shouldn't take long for a UK based company to ship a shirt to a UK address, right?

I even paid extra on shipping just to try and make it as safe as possible.

After a week or so I used the website to send a message just to ask when the shirt might be shipped - no reply

After a bit longer I messaged again to say we're now approaching the deadline and would appreciate a bit of clarity on what's happening - no reply

Then a label was created on the 22nd with Royal Mail and the order was showing as 'on its way' so I was relieved but the problem is, they didn't actually give the order to Royal Mail.

For anyone that hasn't worked in and around dispatch, a common tactic to buy time is to create a label for a product without sending it to trick the customer into thinking it's coming. Presumably because they don't have the stock/staff to complete orders. This is the part where I lost faith completely. Had they been transparent I would have at least tried to meet them half way but being lied to is a scummy move.

After I realized this was happening I sent YET ANOTHER email to say if the product isn't showing as with Royal Mail by today (Friday the 3rd of a July, a full 11 days after the label was created) then I would be demanding a refund - no answer

And now we're here, I checked the tracking just now and it's still not with Royal Mail so I have sent a 4th email to demand a refund. I don't think I will hear back from them and if not I will look into naming a claim against them with my bank to get the money back.

Bottom line. This company isn't worth your time and money, take my advice and buy from somewhere else.

Avoid - no shirt weeks later. Zero communication despite several efforts. Claiming money back via CC

My first shirt I ordered was too small - contacted Dripped Collectives about returning for a refund and never heard anything from them - terrible Customer Service. Ordered a larger size in April and it still has not arrived! Paid for two shirts, one too small - the other not on sight!
DIABOLICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE - LOOKS LIKE I’VE BEEN RIPPED OFF TWICE

My order took 18 days to arrive. Few emails just to chase up and see where my Delivery was and I’ve had no response's. I’m all for a ‘cheaper’ and maybe ‘knock off’ alternative for a Football Shirt. But the customer service has been dreadful. I’ve asked for a Refund - but I really don’t see that going smoothly whatsoever. So will probably have to list the Items I purchased onto Vinted. Will not be shopping with Dripped Collectives ever again - and I advise any other shopper to do the same.

The Shirts are high quality and arrive usually within 2 weeks. I will be buying another shirt.

Followinf a number of emails Dripped Collective have provided me with a replacement shirt. I thought it was only right to acknowledge this.

Top arrived in poor condition. The England badge was damaged and the top had black marks on it. Paid £34 and still waiting for them to reply to how to return the shirt after three weeks.

Haven’t ever received my order, ordered in early May 2026. Now late June I’ve been prompted twice for a review - so here it is. I’m actually quite patient and want the shirt to arrive before my holiday in August. The bad review is due to them not replying to my email asking for an update.

I have emailed regarding the order being late and emailed regarding the quality of the product. Please can I have my money back. I have contacted my bank regarding this matter.

My package has not arrived. I have reported this several times, but have not received any response. The site is probably a scam.

I receive only one arsenal t shirt but in order was 2.

Every step of the way from processing the order to the shipping all the way up to the delivery was carried out with excellence. I was kept up to date at all times. I am very pleased with their services

Terrible service, even worse communication, No shirt arrived ordered 31/3/26 still not here 4/6/26 continuous Emails still no shirt or reply
