To be honest, all I want to do is add my printer to my computer for ease of printer scanning, I feel like I've been going around in circles with driver support.

At this point I can't tell what I like…
At this point I can't tell what I like or dislike since the software is loading and I haven't seen what it can and does do to evaluate it in any way. I've ok'ed it to go ahead on instinct but monthly with billing, this will add up to $120 a year and like most of this "driver update" "free space" "protection" software -- you never really understand what's going on and it can later end up, as it so often does, freezing your computer screen, so I am being cautious. This happened to me recently with a virus protection program and a VPN program and I ended up uninstalling them.
