Do not waste your time and money on this program. I failed the first quiz because a question was incorrectly written (automobiles don't cause fatalities, automobile accidents do). I had to listen to the entire section again and retake the quiz, which I failed again. Then I spent a huge amount of time on chat, phone, and email with customer service. They told me how to cancel. I was going to try one more section before I cancelled, but then I realized they already cancelled me. Now I get to spend more time verifying I get a refund.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WAITED ON HOLD FOR ALMOST 30 MINTUES. THEN WHEN THE REP FINALLY CAME TO THE LINE SHE PULLED UP MY INFORMATION AND PUT ME BACK ON HOLD. WHILE ON HOLD SHE SENT ME AN EMAIL. BUT NEVER TOLD ME AND DIDN'T COME BACK TO THE LINE FOR ANOTHER 5 MINUTES. WHEN SHE CAME BACK SHE ADVISED ME THAT SHE SENT ME AN EMAIL. (I KNOW, 5 MINUTES AGO) I'M NOT SURE WHY I WAS STILL ON HOLD. SHE COULDN'T HELP ME AND JUST SENT ME TO AN UNBOTHERED RUDE MANAGER. THESE PEOPLE ARE TOTALLY UNPROFRESIONAL AND DO NOT STAND BEHIND ANY INFORMATION ON THEIR WEBSITE. THIS IS ALL OVER A $5 PROMO THEY HAD ON THEIR WEBSITE AND NOW THEY ARE NOT HONORING IT. BE CAREFUL SPENDING MONEY WITH THEM AND ANY PROMOTIONS YOU SEE. THEY ARE NOT LEGITIMATE. I'VE FOUND THAT ANYTHING BASED IN NEW JERSEY HAS A BETTER CHANCE AT BEING MISLEADING. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY THAT HAS MORE PROFESSIONAL AND CARING CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY ARE RUDE.

My son was taking the test and was asked a verification question about 10 questions into the exam. The question was, "is your favorite color blue? He answered correctly, yet the computer rejected his answer and then automatically failed him instantly for not answering the 2-3 verification question throughout the testing process. After he failed, I had to repay an additional $29.95 plus taxes or whatever it was. I am not claiming they do this, but it would be very easy to program it in their computer to do this that way they get double the money. Seems very suspect. My son answered the question correctly. I called the customer service and the guy hung up on me who I could barely understand anyways. I would not use this company.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS - HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE. My daughter was taking the test when she was issued an ID check question. She accidentally clicked on the incorrect answer without additional follow-up questions to confirm her ID - They failed her. Any other site knows that happens that you might forget what you put for your favorite color. They are a scam, customer service is a joke. Ashley and Hein offered no solution, no refund, no promo code for a retake exam - NOTHING. I had to call the owner's law office (Jay Bhatt) and leave a message. I had to file State complaint reports for consumer complaints due to the nature of how they handled the situation and the setup of their site. RUN - RUN - RUN.

Amazing Company and excellent courses! Customer service was also top notch.

Frauded me out of 5 hours and 30$

So I take my course to get my points deducted, then I pay my ticket. I get a letter in the mail saying points are still on my license. I call the DMV, and the dmv says that with the way their system works, I was supposed to pay the ticket before I took the course, otherwise the course would not deduct the points. She told me that I could call and ask the school if they would move the date that I completed the course to after I paid the ticket- saying that some schools would do it some schools wouldn't. So I called and asked them, the woman on the phone said that she would not move the date I had completed the course. She then said she was going to check on something, asked me my name, put me on hold for two seconds and then hung up on me.
There is nowhere on the site that says that you are required to pay off your tickets before taking the course otherwise it wouldn't work. There is no reason for them not to move the date of completion, something other schools are willing to do according to the DMV lady, besides a weak attempt at taking more of your money. I wasted 5 hours of my life getting lectured by a very annoying old guy for no reason.
