Late delivery
The vehicle was delivered about 3 months late, and took three attempts to deliver, with multiple cancellations! very frustrating. communications were good, I was kept informed.

Unfortunately, the resolution process was largely dependent on our supplying dealer, and regrettably, we had limited control over the repair time of your van. Despite these circumstances, we appreciate your patience and understanding whilst we pressed on for a delivery date. Excellent overall service
I have leased numerous vehicles over the years a fairly mechanical experience. I contacted Drivespeed as I was looking for a Golf R, not an easy vehicle to source for quick delivery. They went above and beyond and found me a pre reg and at a very competitive price. I placed the order and was kept updated regularly with updates and was guided through the electronic document signing with patience, IT is not my strong point! The whole process was managed over the Christmas period with no delays and the vehicle was delivered bang on time.
