I found them to be very professional and customer focussed. There were very flexible and accommodating about my preferred delivery timeline, and worked hard to resolve an issue with the price when the dealer altered the terms of the deal due to the government cutting the grant on electric cars. Their communication was great throughout and I felt they were genuinely concerned that I got the right outcome

Great customer service and amazing prices!
I've just received my car and am super happy with it. From the start Jemima dealt with all and any questions that I had with patience and kindness. Overall I had an amazing customer experience - shout out to Jemima and Holly. Unfortunately the car was delayed for delivery due to the storms back in march however the team kept in constant communication with me and were always very lovely despite my constant pestering.
When it was delivered unfortunately it was delivered dirty on the outside, when I explained this to the team they made it very clear this wasn't supposed to be the case and covered a cleaning for me. Where this wasn't ideal, due to the overall service I have had with the team I really appreciate all the help they gave in the situation.
Very happy with the service and company as a whole and I love my new car!

I could not be happier that I chose to go with Drivespeed. Holly and Darren were incredibly helpful when we had an issue with the dealer. They put so much effort and time into fixing it for us, and it wasn't even the fault of Drivespeed. They went out of their way to make it a smooth process, ensuring we kept our original, very good deal and keeping me in the loop. They even sent me flowers to apologise on behalf of the dealership!
I will definitely be recommending this company to friends. Just outstanding customer service.

The lady I dealt with (Holly) could not have been more efficient, friendly and polite. Everything went exactly as planned and I was kept in the loop all through the process. I wholeheartedly would recommend Drivespeedleasing based on my experience with them.

I’ve just leased an Audi A3 which has arrived today and I am over the moon with it! The entire process was very easy, and I received regular updates with shipping etc and was always kept in the loop. All the staff were ever so friendly and were very helpful! I’d also like to give an extra thanks to Holly and Gemma who were just brilliant! 100% recommend DriveSpeed and will definitely be coming back for my next vehicle!
