got this for my daughter’s birthday! She loved it. The voucher process was really easy and she was able to start her lessons right away, and the instructor had no problems redeeming it. Definitely recommend this as a gift for any new driver!

I purchased the voucher for my son's lessons, and while it was an easy process to redeem, he did have a bit of trouble finding a intructor who accepted it at first. After a quick chat with customer service, we were able to sort it out, and he's now booking his lessons.

I received this from my parents, but when I tried to redeem it, I ran into a bit of trouble finding an instructor who accepted it. The first instructor I called didn’t seem to know how the voucher worked, but customer support was really helpful. They explaind the process to the instructor and sorted it out. Once everything was in place, I had no problems booking my lessons. I think it could be better if instructors were more familiar with the system, but the customer service made sure everything was sorted out. Thank you!

Bought the voucher for my partner, but it was sent to the wrong email I typed in, support quickly fixed it and sent it to the correct email address. The process worked out well in the end

Being a driving instructor, having a pupil ask you if you take vouchers bought elsewhere is very suspicious. I asked about and others had heard of it but not used them. What’s to lose I b thought so accepted the pupil and on lesson one we redeemed the voucher. It worked, I was paid almost straight away so it’s all good. I will accept again next time. The value of the ticket determines how many lessons the pupil gets btw

I got the Voucher as a birthday gift, and it's been really handy for my lessons! The process to buy it was simple, and it made paying for my lesssons a lot easier.

After the website clearly stating these vouchers are accepted by many driving instructors 6 separate driving instructors refused to take them due to them being very difficult to redeem. I asked for a full refund and was refused. Told I had to pay upfront for lessons and then redeem the money from them…Not impressed!!!

What a horrible company. They want nothing more than for you to not be able to redeem their vouchers so they can keep your money for themselves. PLEASE just gift someone by paying directly for their driving lessons once they have found an instructor instead of using this complicated and limited service. DO NOT BUY THESE VOUCHERS FOR ANYONE 👎👎🚩🚩

I'm a driving instructor and this is the first time I have seen or accepted these vouchers. Claiming the voucher was very straightforward. I claimed the voucher on a Thursday evening and the funds were paid to my bank the following day.

More like a scam than a gift- The 6 month expiry date is hidden in the small print on the voucher. It is not made clear anywhere on the landing page of the website that these vouchers expire so fast, it was definitely not made clear to the grandparent buying these in good faith. Very hard to find anyone to accept them and the company totally ignores emails requesting help or more info.

Easy to use, very quick payment. Good communication with customer service.

I managed to find a driving instructor in Glasgow willing to participate. Several emails later - and the company did keep good communication- and he received the £250. You need to be careful that you complete the online form within the validity period, in my case 6 months . It does require either an instructor being willing to give you their info to complete the form or being willing to spend time inputting the information themselves. Fortunately Glasgow had one such chap who was very helpful and responded to their email.

Three vouchers were given to my daughter for her 17th birthday in August 2025 and they have now all been redeemed successfully. Her instructor was initially a bit reluctant to accept them but I said start the redemption process and if there was any problem I would make a cash payment. It took about a week for the instructor to get the money for the first voucher while there were security checks (sending her credentials etc which is fair enough) and once the instructor was registered there was no problem with the others. We got the vouchers as a nicer gift than just a cheque or bank transfer. In our experience it all worked out fine but your instructor may need a little persuasion to take them! However our instructor said it wasn't too difficult to redeem on the website and, to be fair, the company kept us up to date on progress by email while the first voucher was being processed. There have been some comments this is a scam but it is legitimate in my experience.

Absolutely rubbish, cannot get an ADI or any company to accept these. What would the point be in purchasing the voucher and then having to pay out of my pocket, as the voucher is not accepted. I would have had less of a headache just paying the company directly. Maybe get some established ADIs who you can advertise. If anyone in the Bromley/Tunbridge Wells area who has had any success in redeeming these vouchers please refer the Instructor or School that you used as all the ones that I have contacted said no? Got an ADI to try and redeem the voucher today 18/06/2025, he got a 404 server error.

Disgusting service and website. Still haven't paid after 3 days of lesson. would never accept this voucher again. never recommend. You can't even call support to discuss and sort out.

I purchased a £250 voucher in February 2024 for a friend’s birthday. No instructor had ever seen or heard of them despite what the website says. I ended up having to give my friend £250 cash to pay for the lessons, I was told via their useless customer service email that they could reimburse the money directly to him so long as a receipt is provided (which defeated the whole point of me buying the voucher) and this left me another £250 out of pocket while having a 6 week long back and forth with their useless customer service team about reclaiming the money. They have stupid, illogical and ever changing rules and stipulations as to how it can be redeemed and wouldn’t accept various forms of proof. They wouldn’t accept the lesson receipts, they also tried to tell me they couldn’t reimburse the money cos the recipient’s middle name was on the voucher rather than their first name.
So I ended up having a massive back and forth with them and losing patience. It’s only when I spoke to citizens advice and threatened them with legal action that they decided to refund MY money. Luckily I’d paid with a credit card so I would have claimed under section 75 anyway. But you shouldn’t have to jump through these hoops to get your own money back and I shouldn’t have had to pay another £250 out of pocket to be reimbursed. It completely defeats the purpose.
NO INSTRUCTORS ACCEPT THEM THEIR WEBSITE IS MISLEADING!
Never again. Just gift cash to the person it’s easier and less risky than this BS. These pathetic people will try and hold onto your money & dictate to you how you can get it back. And the vouchers are only valid for six months so my friend was very lucky to find a driving instructor within that timeframe as a lot of people can’t which would also invalidate the voucher. I’d give zero stars if I could. AVOID AVOID AVOID UTTER PILE OF S***

My grandparents bought me a voucher for Christmas, I started my driving lessons a little bit late because I was nervous, and when I tried to redeem it around April, they said they wouldn't redeem because they wouldn't accept the proof of driving lessons that I'd already had. My grandparents are really upset about this and we feel like we've been stolen from. Please do not use this company

Do not use this company absolute cowboys. Yet again they have not honoured the voucher we purchased because my daughter tried to claim them a couple of weeks late. The valid from date is in big bold writing in top corner and the time you have to use them is one sentence in a paragraph of small writing. I admitted falt on behalf of my daughter and offered to pay an admin charge to reissue to no avail. These people are scum do not use them please.

Absolute disgrace of a company! My parents bought my son driving vouchers for Christmas and he was pretty nervous - when he finally booked some lessons the vouchers had expired by 8 days - and they refused to redeem them! Stay away from this company, absolutely shocking customer care and happy to profit from anxious teenagers.

Purchased driving vouchers for my son for Christmas. No schools/instructors take them so not able to use them. I have contacted the company and initial response recieved and now nothing. Customer service is poor and no date of when voucher expires and no one contacting me back to discuss my concerns. Very poor
