I went to Turkey 6 weeks ago with my daughter to have a tummy tuck, breast uplift and implants and liposuction.
All I can say now that all the swelling has gone down is WOW.

I honestly cannot recommend him enough. I’m from England, so there was a slight language barrier with some of the nurses, but whenever I had any questions or concerns, Dr Kerim was always fluent, reassuring, and made me feel completely at ease.

If you’re considering surgery and are in two minds about whether to go ahead, please take my advice and book it. It has genuinely been life-changing for me.

I’m so thankful to Dr Kerim Unal, he made my dreams come true, he create with his magic hands the woman version of me, which I always dreamt about, my best version of me. I did nose job, endoscopic upper face lifting, fox eyes, up and down blefaroplasty. 5 month already past and I’m so happy with results, my friend did same time by him breast implants, she is as well happy and satisfied with results. Just had breast augmentation and my old crowns re done booked with blanc surgery.
Can I just say the difference between my old crowns and new ones are unbelievable. So much more natural not as thick and false looking I’m absolutely over the moon with my new smile I didn’t realise how bad my old teeth were.

As for my breast surgery amazing the results I am in LOVE.

From start to finish amazing experience the staff every single one of them have been a pleasure and so helpful I will infact miss them all so helpful and caring towards my needs, the hotel provided is absolutely beautiful the rooms are lovely the beds comfy and clean. The food in the hotel is amazing.

dr Kerim is an absolutely amazing surgeon and I have recommended him to all my friends and family resulting in 3 of my friends booking up in October.

Do not listen to the bad reviews I couldn’t recommend it anymore 10000/10.

Dr Kerim and nurse Nur was fantastic. I’m so happy with my results. I had my tummy tuck, lipo 360, breast up lift and implants in March 2026 and I couldn’t be happier with my results. I would recommend and know a few people who have been with Dr Kerim and are also happy with their results.

I had a very good experience with Dr Unal and his team. They were all very professional, so caring and helpful.

The hospital was very good, the nurses don’t speak much English but they were all very kind and it was relatively easy to communicate my needs. They were all very quick to help in any way.

The private nurse Nur was amazing. She was so empathic and attentive. She called my husband on FaceTime as soon as I got as out of surgery to show him I was out and all went well. She even went to the shop for me to get some juice and snacks because my husband was with the children. I had her cellphone number and if I needed something I messaged her and straight away a nurse was there to help. She was very knowledgeable, attentive and kind.

Dr Unal was very professional and such a kind surgeon. He explained everything very well before surgery and what to expect. His work is fantastic. I’m so happy with my results. I would definitely return to him again for future procedures.

The hospital room was lovely and big, having ample space for a partner to be with you. The hotel was also all that was needed. It was nice to feel comfortable going to breakfast or getting a snack downstairs with other people in the hotel also having had procedures done.

The team driver was very good, it was very helpful having the driver to bring you back and forth for check-ups from the hotel if needed.

The administrator who arranged everything from the beginning was always very helpful and very quick to respond. The whole service was very smooth and I am very impressed with the wonderful treatment from everyone in the team.

I’ve had several procedures with Dr. Kerim Unal, and I can honestly say he is the best doctor I’ve ever had. Choosing a plastic surgeon is a big decision, and I’m so grateful I trusted him with mine.

I have now been to Dr Kerim 4 times for various surgeries and every single time I am 100% happy with the results.

I always feel very looked after and it is always a pleasant experience.

What I love most about Dr Kerim is that he takes the time to really listen to what I would like surgery wise. I’ve had consultations in England before with other surgeons and none of them are as nice, accommodating or skilful as Dr Kerim and that is why I choose him every single time.

I had a BBL procedure in January 2025, but unfortunately I am not satisfied with the results. During the surgery, I lost a significant amount of blood, experienced fluid retention, and developed irregularities and uneven areas. I did not achieve the results I was hoping for, and I spent almost a year dealing with these issues.

Later, I met Dr. Mehmet Uzuner in Istanbul, and he was able to identify the irregularities immediately. He explained what had gone wrong and helped resolve the problems I had been struggling with. Thanks to his expertise, my condition improved significantly.

This is my personal experience, and because of it, I cannot recommend this doctor. Please do your research carefully before making a decision and investing your money.

In my opinion, Dr. Mehmet Uzuner is one of the best BBL specialists. Based on my personal experience, I highly recommend consulting with him if you are considering a BBL procedure.

Hi my names Bree ans i recently had breast uplift and implants. I genuinely cannot thank Dr Kerim, Dr Bil and the whole team enough for everything they’ve done for me. From the moment I arrived, I felt so looked after and reassured every single step of the way.

Dr Bil has honestly changed my life completely. His work is incredible and I couldn’t be happier with my results already. You can tell how passionate and talented he is at what he does, and he made me feel so comfortable and confident throughout the whole experience. I also have to mention Nur nurse, because she was absolutely outstanding. She was there for me at every beck and call, day and night, always making sure I was okay and comfortable. Before surgery, he spent over an hour with me discussing what was realistically achievable and what would best suit my face.
And he delivered beyond my expectations. He made me look 10 years younger and gave me my confidence back. I am happier than I have been in years since having this surgery.

A year and a half ago, I underwent an arm lift with Dr. Kerim Unal and I am very pleased with the results. My arms are almost completely healed, and the scars have become less noticeable. They were quite large, but it's important to remember that with such extensive procedures, subsequent scar treatment and any necessary treatments to help reduce them are crucial.

The entire process—from consultation, through surgery, to post-procedure care—was of a very high standard. Communication with the doctor was constant and seamless, and I always received answers to questions, instructions, and specific recommendations. The doctor responded and advised me at every stage, which gave me a great sense of security.

I also deserve great praise for the entire team and staff, including Nurse Nur, who was very helpful and dedicated. Collaboration with the entire team was smooth and professional.

The entire organization was excellent—both before and after departure. There were no logistical problems. The hotel accommodations were excellent, the conditions were comfortable, and the care at the hospital was excellent. Both the food and the service were excellent, and everything was perfect.

February 2026, I saw the doctor again for another procedure – I won't share the results until I'm fully healed and everything is complete.

My Missus come for uplift & implants, absolutely brilliant service from the whole team, Her surgeon Dr Bilgehan Sari is amazing he was so professional and explained the whole procedure perfectly, along with Nurse Nur who made our experience so easy, she really is amazing she give us both her number and we could message her on WhatsApp whenever we needed anything for the whole week. Also credit to the drivers aswell who was on time for every collection/pick up we had all week. Really the service we received was next level to what we would have got back home in the UK and at a fraction of the cost, I would recommend this team of experts to anyone wanting anything doing. 10/10 thankyou from both of us 👍

I have had many surgeries with Dr Unal, predominantly on my face but also corrective surgeries on my chest. I trust him implicitly. He understands what I need and every time delivers results that go above and beyond my expectations.I am a patient with high standards and I cannot find fault with his work. I thank him and know that I will no doubt go back to him whenever I need to. His team are equally dedicated to his service. So thank you to all of the team.

I had breast reduction and uplift surgery with Dr Kerim Unal on 25 June and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing and traumatic.

My surgery was originally scheduled for 7am but was delayed until 2pm with very little communication or explanation. Throughout my stay there was a serious language barrier which made it difficult to communicate my needs and concerns.

I informed the staff that I am vegetarian, however I was repeatedly given meals containing meat during my stay. I was also in significant pain and felt that my concerns were not taken seriously.

I paid £5,000 for the surgery and also asked about having arm fat removed. After returning home I then had to pay additional money just to have my stitches removed. As my healing progressed, I realised that the surgery had not been done correctly. I specifically asked for smaller nipples, but instead my areolas appear stretched and uneven. One nipple is noticeably larger than the other and I have now been told I may need an areola revision to correct the results.

Since last August I have repeatedly tried to contact Dr Kerim Unal and the aftercare team through emails and phone calls. They often say everything is fine and then stop responding. When I finally managed to speak with them, I was told I could not have a video consultation and that the results “look good,” despite my concerns and the clear asymmetry.

They said they might help but only if I arrange and pay for my own travel and hotel again. My experience has left me feeling extremely distressed and unsupported. Once you leave Turkey, it feels like the aftercare disappears.

I would strongly advise others to carefully research and consider the risks before choosing this clinic because i left insecure thinking they would boost my confidence i came back to it being worse before i left

However, I do not accept the points you have made, as they do not reflect my actual experience.

I have made numerous attempts to contact your clinic following my procedure, including multiple phone calls and messages, and have not received adequate support. On several occasions, one of your assistants answered but was unable to provide any meaningful help. In fact, she even agreed with my concerns and indicated that the focus seemed to be on payment rather than proper aftercare, which is extremely concerning.

I have raised serious concerns about my results, particularly that my areola is stretched and requires correction. I have sent multiple photos as requested, yet I received only one response stating that my healing was “good,” which is clearly not the case. My concerns have not been properly acknowledged or addressed.

In addition to this, I developed an infection upon returning to the UK and was advised by a medical professional that the work had been done poorly. I was also informed that I had been cut incorrectly and that there is a split under my breast, which is deeply worrying.

Furthermore, I find it unacceptable that I am being asked to return for an in-person consultation entirely at my own expense.

I have also been denied direct communication with the surgeon, Dr Kerim, as I am not allowed to speak with him via phone or even have an online consultation. This lack of access is unacceptable, especially given the complications I have experienced.

Additionally, I paid an extra £500 to have fat removed from my arms, and this has since returned, which suggests that the procedure may not have been carried out correctly.

Your response mentions patient care and communication; however, my experience has been the complete opposite. Aftercare has been extremely poor, and communication has been inconsistent, dismissive, and unhelpful.

I would like this matter taken seriously and properly reviewed. I expect a clear resolution regarding corrective treatment and appropriate support, without placing further financial burden on me, including flights, accommodation, and transfers.

This is my second time to Dr Kerim and team - iv had nose reconstruction, breast uplift and implants and a little nose revision. The team are amazing from start to finish- the hotel Radison was incredible so so impressed and right next door to the shopping center. Dr kerim and team are simply amazing - so experienced and we are well looked after with checks every single day. Can not recommend this team enough! I’m done now however my family and friends will be back for their surgery soon. Thank u all so so much and Dr K your truly the best there is ! Thanks xxx
