Dealing with Drone-Works.com was a breeze! I ordered a Mavic 3E Combo, I was told it was back ordered for 20 days and to my surprise they came in early and I got my kit in only 5 days. They walked me thru dji care activation process as well! I cant wait to come back for that M350 next month. Thank you Jay!!

I have read these other reviews and just wanted to share my 2 cents. Our experience was the opposite, our agency ordered 2 drones and a custom viewing case and many accessories,there was great communication and all items were received in a timely manner. We would and will.continue to do business with this company.

Do not buy from Drone Works. I repeat again do not buy from that scamming sleeze bag Zachery Davis. The guy is a complete liar and a bum. Find a creditable DJI seller. I did and they were very professional and had exactly what I was looking for. Stay away from drone works. Class action lawsuit is in the makings for this company, and you all are welcome to join. I'm a Federal Employee and that numb nut thought he could scam me and get away with it. Big mistake Zachery.

Ordered the batteries for dji mavic 3. Paid for express shipping. But the store did not shipped my order in week. I asked them to cancel my order, because I couldn`t wait anymore. Store ignored me for 3 days. So I opened a paypal case to get my money back from this scam website. In few minutes after I did it, I received the message from the store saying "Because you decided to file a case with PayPal. We will let PayPal. Deal With this so you will wait 30-45 days for your refund instead of Tuesday when we reopen. 👍 . After it, he tell me to close the case in Paypal and he will cancel it now. But the thing is, if I cancel the case in paypal, I will not be able to open it again if he will never ship the order. So he tried to literally scam me. "Perfect" service. I think there`s no place for such stores

I order the Autel nano from this company and when I started to hear the delay I want to cancel my order the guy that I spoke to convince me not to cancel ok I did not. Then I started reading these bad reviews about the company and dig a little deeper into them terrible company to buy from. Then I email last week when will they start shipping the product no answer. I call them last and stated that I wanted to cancel the guy gave me a attitude. His reply when I told him my order number is so and so he stated good for you. I thought what so I cancel. Terrible attitude then he said I was going to tell you that we have them in our warehouse but go ahead and cancel write a email to cancel. What a way to handle customers. Never will I buy front this guy anything.

Avoid this company at all cost! Owner curses at you in emails, lies about delivery items, makes up lies based on what he needs to sell. I had an encounter with him and he sent me a email with this: "Because “drone dj” says so? GTFOH" And you know that GTFOH is not nice and especially something that a potential customer would want to hear. STAY AWAY from this company!

Drone-works.com should be avoided at all cost, as they will take your money and then you will have to wait with no notifications if or when you’ll get the goods. And they have a NO RETURNS policy, they have zero customer service! Don’t give them your money and except them to help you!

AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!
