Great service and was able to efficiently get my new PDRA through the CAA system. All changes to the ops manual are clearly identified. Been a massive time saver and well worth the money.

This is now the second year I have used Dronerenewals and will certainly use again and most certainly would recommend . In my opinion ,the CAA find many ways to get extra money from you. Prior to using John, I was doing it myself and had a number of attempts to get it as per CAA requirement. On one such rejection I was told it was the wording on something within my Ops mauual I had written which was incorrect, I telephoned , yes and waited ages to speak to someone, I pointed out the piece of text they were rejecting was the same as last year. I was told that this should not have gone through the previous year and that each CAA staff member might slightly review the document differently. I then saw notification that if your submission fails and rejected you are subject to addition fees everytime. I found the CAA staff not helpful and just happy to quote publications to refer to rather that help say 'Word it this way'
John at Drone renewals is brilliant, explains everything fully , great to talk to on the phone and for his fee, he will get your Ops manual up to date without fear of additional costs. A fast and efficient service, taking the stress out of doing it right allowing you to fly off and hopefully make some money. John, don't give up what you are doing! I'll be back!

I found john and drone renewals online after having the dreaded time of the year to update things and making sure i am on the right path with all my drone paper work not to mention the fear of making mistakes and having the whole procedure prolonged and penalty for mistakes on applications. John asked road a few paper work and then that was it other than a couple questions my application was filled with CAA and everything taken care of so fast. We are all busy in our lives once you put your business, house kida and things like this sort of service helps so much. I will always be using john for this process and anything drone related. I cant express how important it is to make sure everything is right and done by the right person so you can do the stuff thats important and thats fly

I can't praise John at Drone Renewals enough. He takes the pain out of the yearly PDRA-01 renewal process and for a very fair fee. Had he not reminded me to renew this year I would have forgotten and been left with an expensive toy in a case.

The CAA change wording every year without fail and then kickback applications.
There is no consistency with the CAA so without John and Drone Renewals for me it’s a real struggle …….after 50years in business it’s the attitude of the individual that makes our industry safe and not what the CAA change in the ANO….Well done and thank you Drone Renewals for making one part of my life easier!
