Lex and the team have a wealth of expertise and experience, and manage to deliver even the most technical aspects in a manner that is really accessible and engaging. The support and mentoring is superb, and I'm looking forward to continuing my journey.

For anyone with reservations, this is not a 'get rich quick' undeliverable programme, if you put the work in, you'll get the rewards out - starting with the feeling of achievement that come with developing fresh skills.

I have no idea how anyone is able to set up a successful ecommerce business without this guidance from people with such a depth and breadth of expertise (or perhaps without years of trial and error, not to mention huge expense!).

I started this course last year and it’s been a great guide throughout the whole process. The content is clear, practical and walks you through everything step by step from building the store to running ads. Really helpful course for anyone serious about starting an ecommerce business.

I have been part of Lex's programme for over three years, and during that time I have consistently been impressed by the professionalism, structure, and depth of support provided by Lex and his team.

That flexibility has served me well. Most recently I closed a five-figure B2B deal, something I would never have known how to approach before joining. That one deal alone more than covered my entire investment and opened up a side of the business I had not previously considered.

For those on the 1-1 mentorship, the twice-weekly live calls add a meaningful layer of depth. Having direct access to someone who has built multiple seven-figure businesses and helped others achieve six and seven-figure results provides something a course on its own simply cannot. Lex also provides additional 1-1 support via email at any time and always responds promptly.

Each year, Lex and his team release updated material reflecting current trends and real lessons from running actual businesses. Over three years I have seen the programme evolve and improve with each update, always bringing something practical that can be applied straight away. It is not a static course. It grows with you, which is what has kept me in the programme for as long as I have been.

There are also additional opportunities within the programme beyond running a high-ticket e-commerce store, which is something I am still actively benefiting from today.

Building a business comes with challenges, and no programme removes the need for hard work and persistence. But the combination of structured education, ongoing mentorship, and genuine support provides a strong foundation for anyone willing to put the effort in.

I paid £15,000 for the “Done With You” programme because it was sold with an Action-Backed Refund Guarantee if no sales were generated after 12 months. That guarantee was the only reason I was prepared to take the financial risk.

I followed the programme. When it came time to launch, the business could not trade due to repeated Google Merchant Centre rejections — Google Ads were presented as the core of the marketing strategy. After months of changes and reapplications, the account was never approved.

My refund request was declined on the basis of third-party platform involvement and an advertising spend clause. The £800 spend had been presented to me as Google Ads investment, which I could not implement because the Merchant Centre account was never approved.

The entire business model relies on third-party platforms like Google to function. In my experience, if those platforms do not approve your account, the business cannot operate — and the “no risk” element of the guarantee does not operate in the way it may initially appear.

I am left with no business and carrying the £15,000 loss, along with the additional costs of setting up the website, domain and apps.

Update – 9 March 2026:

The company has responded below. To clarify, the issue is not whether support was offered — mentoring and support were part of the “Done With You” programme I purchased. The issue is that after more than 12 months the business generated no sales because the Google Merchant Centre account was never approved, meaning the store could not run Google Ads, which were presented as the core marketing channel.

My refund request under the Action Backed Refund Guarantee was declined on the basis that this was a third-party platform issue and that the advertising spend condition had not been met. In practice, because the model depends on third-party platforms like Google to operate, the guarantee did not apply in these circumstances. I am sharing this experience so prospective students can fully understand the level of financial risk involved.

I joined Lex’s masterclass in May 2025 and over the past year I’ve had a very positive experience. Building a business comes with ups and downs but Lex has been consistently supportive and responsive, especially through email guidance whenever challenges came up.

His mentorship provided practical direction and with his support I was able to resolve Google Merchant Center suspension issues and move my store forward, something that would have been difficult to navigate alone.

Overall, I’m grateful for the guidance and would recommend his program to anyone serious about learning high-ticket eCommerce and willing to put in the work.

I have tried Drop shipping myself before and needless to say I got stack with so many confusing things to get your head around. I found Lex and signed up to the Dropship Circle Course, it's honestly the best investment I have made. The course is well structured and Lex's knowledge and the way he delivers the course is literally out of this world. He teaches everything in detail and does everything genuinely and professionally. His mentorship is excellent and he is always willing to help with any issues you may face along the way. I have now an established business that Lex helped set up from scratch and have recently launched making my first couple of sales with many more to come hopefully. I wanted to leave a review long before but Lex does not ask for this until you've launched and made sales.

There is a misunderstanding between us. I asked a simple question, and one of the agents, whose name is Will, contacted me and agreed to offer a payment plan to start with you guys. I didn't say anything about my records. All I asked if Will is an agent working with you? Also, if I decided to go ahead with you guys,s is it that Lex will follow up with me with coaching?
