Well,Droptrack is good to go for online music promotion because they do get in touch with full support towards their members for more growth to achieve their goals in future.

It's a scam i spend $46 and only 6plays for 2weeks now. Biggest scam, all those positive reviews are paid and scam.

You have fixed glitches for ages . Customer service is good. It doesn't get much traction at 20 euro a month .

It kept to it's word and paid out as was stated.

I opened a subscription that I canceled with a few days of it starting, because I realized it wasn’t what I needed , so I canceled the account , I was sent a cancellation confirmation along with the cancellation number. However they would then proceed to keep charging my card month after month , when I reached out to the bank to get a refund they would challenge the dispute and have the charges stick , this is very frustrating and unprofessional , my next step is to seek legal counsel because this is absolutely NOT good

It's a good looking format. However, I always have multiple issues with people not being able to access or download the music.

Don't waste your money on it. Firstly, the interface is awful—unfriendly and slow to load. Secondly, the customer service is highly unprofessional. They suspended my account without warning. Why? Because I subscribed a long time ago at a favorable rate, and they wanted to force me to pay higher fees. I'm not willing to pay more for such a poor platform when there are many better options available.
Reply to your reply: 1) Email used on trustpilot is different from the one of droptrack. 2) I used your platform to send out demos and music to curators, radio and media 3) I was member since the very beginning, the other day ,after many years, you suddenly increased 10x the price i used to pay.

Unfortunately the bad news starts right from the outset with DropTrack. Firstly this site operates an outdated monthly subscription model, compared to free to sign up for alternatives such as groover & submithub. Secondly, the subscription doesn’t even open the contact lists - you then have to pay an additional fee. These lists however are outdated and many inactive addresses, and the open and play, to the download rate, are very very low - over 1000 emails sent out - 19 plays, 1 download, 100s of incorrect email addresses. I have had a handful of plays on a radio supported official remix for one of the biggest house music artists of all time, should be enough for people to open and listen at least - on SubmitHub/ Groover every client you contact listens and provides feedback. Finally, the Spotify playlist add on, $60, saw me added to mainly lists with sub 1000 subscribers - much less efficient than targeting larger playlists through groover and submithub.

I’ll be unsubscribing and won’t be using these services again - and I’m over $150 out of pocket to find out.

Drop track is direct and easy to use. You don't have to pay for anything and yet you get 5 euros for releasing your first track song. It is really encouraging.

I found it confusing to get started and do something that allows me to reach curators, etc. So much going on there.
