I didn't receive my reward for $2.10

I will update if this gets resolved. With them shutting down on 12/30, it seems they are not honoring the $20 withdrawals (supposed to be paid within 24 hours). I had $151 in rewards that I've tried to redeem in $20 increments over the past 2 weeks, and all are still in "verification status". I've received no responses to my tickets or emails. I withdrew the remaining $11 this morning, and they went through near-instant, but not the $20 withdrawals. If you're in the same boat, I recommend withdrawing $10 increments to get what you're owed.

I love Drumo, and I hate to see you go. I hope you come back again.

Payouts work, and are fast. Just so far have had no issues

Payout is fast with only $1 minimum to paypal account. Surveys can be pretty easy to fill out. I wish the wheel would send some cash my way🙏🏾🤞🏾

I love Drumo for its Transparency , transparency , and consistency in delivering quality services.

Difficult to qualify for available surveys and offers require too much commitment to complete.

I have been taking surveys for a few months on drumo.com.  When I signed up the website did NOT state that the surveyor needs a PayPal account to get rewarded even for just gift cards. I kindly contacted them about my reward multiple times. And the response was that I needed a PayPal account to redeem. I don't have PayPal. Seriously, refusing to award me the measly $5 Walmart gift card this site is a total scam. I took my time and was truthful when I took the surveys and participated in good faith. This is illegal/defrauding/ and dishonest of Drumo company. 

It was a good app earlier.but now it has become so bad.we cant withdraw our money.its been pending for so long.also there are no response from support.

i am so dissapoint ,drumo is getting irritating day by day.very bad site.no surveys no withdraws ,also no response from support.

I did a few surveys and made two $1 withdrawals. It says the withdrawals may take "up to" 24 hours to verify. It has been more than 24 hours, and they are still stuck in verification. It's just 3-4 surveys...anyone could've MANUALLY reviewed every response to every survey question, several times by now. I contacted support but I am left with no response. It's shocking that they're doing this over $2. I will give them an additional 12 hours (on top of the 24h already being exceeded by several hours) before I escalate this to authorities. I will get my payment whether it be through the website like intended, or through law enforcement.

I like Drumo, doing Surveys with them. But it doesn't work on my other phone. I wonder why?
