Ich habe ganz bewusst lange gewartet, bevor ich diese Bewertung schreibe – jetzt sind etwa 10 Monate seit meiner OP vergangen. Mir war es sehr wichtig, meine ehrliche und endgültige Meinung abzugeben, nachdem wirklich alles vollständig verheilt ist.

Und was soll ich sagen… ich bin unendlich dankbar und überglücklich. Die Entscheidung, mich von Dr. Umut Erdogan operieren zu lassen, war eine der besten meines Lebens. Vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Nachsorge habe ich mich jederzeit sicher, verstanden und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Selbst als ich alleine angereist bin, hatte ich nie das Gefühl, alleine zu sein – das gesamte Team war so herzlich und fürsorglich.

Die OP ist komplett komplikationslos verlaufen und mein Ergebnis hat all meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Ich werde so oft auf meine Nase angesprochen und gefragt, wo ich sie habe machen lassen – das zeigt mir jedes Mal aufs Neue, wie wunderschön und natürlich das Ergebnis geworden ist.

Ich kann gar nicht in Worte fassen, wie dankbar ich bin. Dr. Umut Erdogan hat mir nicht nur eine neue Nase geschenkt, sondern ein ganz neues Lebensgefühl und mehr Selbstbewusstsein. Wenn ich mich nochmal entscheiden müsste, würde ich ohne zu zögern wieder zu ihm gehen.

Von ganzem Herzen danke ich Dr. Umut Erdogan und seinem wundervollen Team für alles, für diesen neuen Lebensabschnitt und für mein neues Ich. Ich würde ihn jederzeit jedem in meinem Umfeld weiterempfehlen.

Everybody at Dr. Umut Erdogan what so so friendly. They were always there for you when you needed anything no matter the time. The Operation went great, i flew to Türkiye one day before the Operation and the next morning i got picked up by the driver. I stayed one day at the hospital and then i stayed one week in the hotel and was able to do everything in Antalya. After one week i flew home again and the results are beautiful. People give me so many compliments for my nose and say it‘s the best rhinoplasty they have ever seen + they always think it‘s natural. So i can really say i would always go to Dr. Umut Erdogan!! Also Tugce was the nicest and I am very happy i got to know everybody in this team!

My experience with Dr. Umut Erdoğan has been fantastic. I spoke to a number of his patients before booking my surgery and visited Antalya in September for a septorhinoplasty and upper bleph.

At every point throughout the experience I felt safe and in excellent hands. I discussed what I wanted with Umut prior to my operation and he respected what I wanted, whilst also suggesting what would suit best. Improvements to my breathing were made during the surgery, too. He's a kind, caring, understanding and skilled individual and I'm so pleased I opted to go with him for my surgery.

A lot of patients speak fondly about his assistant, Ayşegül, and after meeting her, I understand why! The level of postoperative care that she provides- alongside Umut- is incredible. She's extremely knowledgeable, is there for you for whatever you need and answers any queries very quickly. Ayşegül is so attentive, sweet and helpful and has contributed massively to this being such a great experience.

My rhinoplasty was about a month ago now and I’m really happy with the results. I can breathe much better and I didn’t have any swelling or pain at all. Everything went very well and smoothly. Dr. Umut Erdoğan listened carefully to my wishes and quickly understood exactly what I wanted.

Ich hab echt lange wegen der Nasen-OP überlegt und hatte auch Angst vorher, aber die Entscheidung für Dr. Umut Erdogan war die beste überhaupt. Man hat sich da von Anfang an mega gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die OP lief top und was mir am wichtigsten war: Die Nase sieht jetzt nicht irgendwie „gemacht“ aus, sondern passt einfach perfekt in mein Gesicht. Ich erkenne mich immer noch im Spiegel wieder. Riesiges Danke auch an das ganze Team, die waren so geduldig mit mir, auch wenn ich nervös war. Kann ich jedem, der überlegt, echt nur ans Herz legen.

My sister Tugce and I decided to have a nose surgery with Dr. Umur Erdogan, and it was truly the best decision we have ever made. We found him on Instagram and immediately knew that he was the right doctor for us.

From the very beginning, he listened carefully to all our wishes and paid close attention to how we wanted our noses to look. He took the time to understand us fully and made us feel safe and understood throughout the entire process. It was the first time we ever felt so well cared for and in such good hands.

His assistant Tugce was always by our side and stayed in constant contact with us. Her support made everything easier and gave us a lot of comfort, especially during the recovery phase.

The entire experience, from the first consultation to the surgery and the aftercare, was smooth and professional. We never felt like just patients, but like we were truly cared for as individuals.

Had a Rhinoplasty surgery with Dr Umut 2 weeks ago, i am still at a very early stage of my recovery and healing however even at this stage currently i couldn’t thank Dr Umut enough for his service, from communication, attention to detail, confidence and reassurance everything was beyond amazing. I was very nervous undergoing surgery till i met Dr Umut and his angel of a assistant Tugce, they reassured me through the whole thing and i left my consultation with nothing but excitement and trust with the team. I had my surgery in April and even though I’m just 1 month post-op, I’m already beyond happy with the results.
Dr. Erdoğan is incredibly patient and really takes the time to understand your vision, while also being honest and realistic about what can be achieved. Something else I love about his work, and what I think is rare- is that he creates a nose that’s perfectly tailored to your face. Every girl I’ve seen who’s had surgery with him has a nose that just fits them so naturally. He and his team are amazing, both before and after the surgery. They’re so supportive and genuinely lovely. The aftercare is amazing and they help with absolutely everything. If you’re coming from abroad, you’ll probably be in touch with Aysegul, and she’s the sweetest. So helpful and kind!
And about the terrible reviews you might come across (“i can’t breathe”, “i had necrosis and wasn’t given aftercare”): please know they’re not credible. The people behind them are spreading misinformation and don’t provide any real proof for their claims. The dr. genuinely cares about the outcome and his revision policy reflects that.

I had my rhinoplasty with Dr. Umut and couldn’t be happier with the exceptional care I received throughout the entire process. Ayşegül, the doctor’s assistant, was incredibly supportive and made me feel completely at ease by answering all my questions and addressing any concerns. The clinic itself is immaculate, with the entire building cleaned hourly to maintain the highest standards of hygiene.

The treatment room was beautifully prepared and staffed by the kindest and most attentive team of professionals I’ve ever met in Turkey. I genuinely can’t recommend Dr. Umut and his team enough!

What impressed me most was their genuine care for my health and safety. Before the procedure, the anesthesiologist raised some concerns about my health. Instead of proceeding, they immediately took me to another hospital for additional check-ups to ensure it was safe to continue. This level of diligence proves that they prioritise their patients’ wellbeing above all else

I just wanted to write a very positive review about Dr Umut and his assistant Aysegul. Despite a negative review recently I would like to say I contest as the experience I had couldn’t have gone better.

I had a revision rhinoplasty done by Dr Umut and upon meeting him I felt he genuinely cared about what I wanted to fix, he gave me as much time as I needed during the consultation. Took time to look at all the pictures I had edited of myself, noses that I didn’t like and even some of his own work that I didn’t like (as I understand everyone’s anatomy is different and Umut doesn’t have a ‘one nose fits all approach’).

Prior to my consultation I was extremely nervous because I made myself aware of potential complications of a rhinoplasty let alone a revision. Within minutes of meeting Umut that all went away and I was excited.

During my consultation Umut felt and checked the bones in my nose, my scars from previous stitching, he asked whether I had breathing issues, looked up my nose with a camera and figured I had enlarged turbinates - the cause of my breathing issue. After being examined Aysegul answered all of my questions regarding pick up time the next day, payment etc. They gave me all the time in the world and at no point did I recognise any red flags. I had my partner with me who also felt very positive and trusting of Umut and Aysegul.

On the day of surgery I was picked up by Adil (the driver, who is also very lovely and works very hard) and taken to Mediface (where they operate from). I was taken to my room promptly and had a cannula inserted and met the anaesthetist who asked me about all of my past medical history, checked my heart and breathing with a stethoscope and mallampati score. I work in day surgery in my own country so I knew these were vital checks from an anaesthetic point of view which made me feel safe as in my first surgery in Istanbul this wasn’t done and I was terrified.

Shortly after I was wheeled down to the theatre and hooked up to the blood pressure machine and ECG. Umut seen me just before I went to sleep and reassured me he knew what I wanted and I was in good hands, the anaesthetist stroked my hair as I drifted off to sleep which was nice and comforting.

Coming out of theatre I had rigors (uncontrollable shaking) which is very normal and they tended to me with what’s called a ‘bear hugger’ (a heated blanket for want of a better word) Aysegul came to see me and made me feel very cared for, she told me how beautiful my new nose looked which reassured me as she was there in my consultation and knew exactly what I wanted. Aysegul also took the time to recommend food places to us and then let me rest as I felt sick. The nurses didn’t speak English but they did take the time to translate and I felt there wasn’t any real language barrier. They were all so gentle and caring.

When I had my cast of I could see I got what I wanted (even through the swelling as I was very precise with the shape of nose I wanted). Straight away I could tell my trust in Umut payed off. I was given a bag full of extra tape, a spare nostril retainer and liquid antibiotic which I was surprised about because I only got a single retainer and nothing else with my first surgery in Istanbul.

Since having my surgery I haven’t had any issues, my stitches have since dissolved nicely and scar looks good already, the creams that they prescribe really help! Since I haven’t had any issues with my nose I haven’t bothered Aysegul much because she is extremely busy, however she has reached out to me multiple times to see how I am, asked for pictures of my nose and sent videos on where to massage more etc. Any questions she reply’s the same day always within the hour. A true angel I couldn’t fault her she knows her stuff and I trust her and Dr Umuts skill (as you should if you’re going to chose to have surgery on the centre of your face).

Overall a truly great experience with the most humble surgeon I have met (and I work with them on a daily basis in my own country so I’m very aware of how uptight they can be) and the most attentive assistant that truly cares about each and every patient that’s ever been lucky enough to have surgery with Umut.

Previously my nasal bridge was lowered too much. It looked like a saddle nose.
Dr Umut reconstructed the nasal bridge and tip of my nose using ear cartilage. The operation was quite difficult. In fact previously two other surgeons refused to do the operation due to thick skin and possible complications.
I have a thick skin, so my nose looked really bulbous after the operation. But I knew I needed to be patient. After nearly 6 month, I am very happy with the refined shape of my nose, I get a lot of compliments about how cute it is. Also, I need to add that I felt almost no pain.

My experience with Dr.Umut Erdogan was incredible. From the first consultation until the very last day when i got my cast off, everything was great. He make me feel so welcomed and agreed to the changes I wanted to make. I was so anxious as I went alone to Turkey alone, with this being my first ever surgery. There was not even time to get stressed as when I got in the operating room, I feel asleep within 3 seconds and then woke up! ☺️Even though Dr.Umut was the magician that made my nose exactly how I wanted it, he’s assistant Aysegul needs much recognition too! She was amazing,has helped me so much regarding all information I needed before during and after surgery. She made everything so easy for me, I felt like I was there for just 2 days. The days went by so fast.
