Haven't used the product yet. I am finishing an open bottle from another manufacturer..Expecting good results

Everything I ordered arrive quickly and on time. Packaging pas good and discount was a big help!

Starting in 2011, I had mysterious severe pains in my pelvic region that multiple doctors could not explain. Frustrated, I continued to seek a solution, even venturing outside my health insurance in 2013, and three additional doctors failed to help me. Then, I discovered DR Vitamins in 2014. My first product was the melatonin suppositories. My professional experience as a pharmacist, along with one of our doctor's endorsements of melatonin's therapeutic properties so emphatically that it was added to our hospital formulary, led me to research melatonin's benefits in further detail. I found that the melatonin, along with other therapies (essential oils) completely vanquished my pelvic pain issues by the end of 2015. After doing some thought in New Year's resolution prayer, I was told by God to set aside an additional $20,000 so that I may obtain 'complete healing'. Three months later, I was admitted the first of two times for acute liver failure. Again in June 2016 when I was placed on a liver transplant list. However, I believe in the bigger picture of things, DR Vitamin's supplements allowed my body to dump all sorts of toxins far more rapidly than I would have been able to do if I did not follow God's plan. Now, I'm on the upswing, and needing these supplements FAR less. My primary care physician has ordered therapeutic phlebotomy to deal with my hemochromatosis, which has been identified as the root cause of my issues described above. In addition, I have ordered a sleep study, ongoing follow up care for my liver, and much much more. My health insurance has paid out in excess of $70,000 this year alone, which is more than I spent on DR Vitamin products over the last two years. I expect to come close to $100,000 when it is all said and done for 2016, and I am on the high-deductible plan at work. In the end, it just goes to show how following God's will with a God-fearing company such as DR Vitamins really does give back to the purchaser. Extra kudos to Kurt LaCapruccia, who has an excellent knowledge base regarding these products. It's very clear he's not in it for the money as he even gave me recommendations for coming off these products once the time was right, by recommending the proper foods. Thanks to Kurt, David and all who make DR Vitamins a huge success!

UPDATE 2: They processed my order quickly and appeared to provide good packaging to protect the goods. Of not fault of Dr Vitamin Solutions, but MyUS their recommended mail forwarder lost half my package and misplaced the other half. The temperature sensitive portion of the order was left sitting in MyUS' warehouse for 4 days when normal turnover is supposed to be 24-48 hours. I now need to get MyUS to compensate me for the value of the half of the order they lost. Once MyUS compensates me I will replace an order for the products lost by MyUS. I'll update one last time once the half of the order arrives at my doorstep (and regarding my refund from MyUS), I expect the liposomal products to be spoiled due to sitting in the warehouse at 30+ degrees for 5 days and then having MyUS refuse to put ice in it or refreeze the existing cool pack before shipping (even though I was willing to pay $75 for them to do so (honestly unbelievable)). But it being spoiled will have been no fault of Dr Vitamin Solutions. I really do wish they would have allowed me to ship directly and this whole shenanigan could have been avoided, I hope they will consider shipping to my home country in the near future.

UPDATE 1: They kindly contacted me after reading my review offering to help resolve the issues I had with the order process. I placed an order and will update here with how the order proceeds.

I was prepared to place an order for nearly $1500 and jump through the hoops of using a mail forwarder because they wouldn't ship directly to my country. They wouldn't really answer my questions when I emailed them, and we had to cancel my order because they couldn't arrange to have it shipped on a specific day to avoid it sitting in the mail forwarders warehouse for a hot weekend. They did manage to fix the website so I could request expedited shipping which was nice. At the end of the day it took so long to get all my questions answered and the website fixed, that the coupon I had planned to use expired. I had emailed to ask if the coupon could be extended so I could replace my order but they never responded. I took this as a sign they just didn't really want my business. I'm somewhat surprised I was emailed to give a review, I waited a day before reviewing as I didn't think it was worth my time, but I decided I wanted them to know the opportunity(?) they missed to do business with me.

I've ordered from DR Vitamin Solutions a few times, and each time I never receive any sort of email confirmation of my order or shipment, etc. I appreciate the good prices and item availability of some more obscure supplements, so if they could improve communication, that would make all the difference.

I am very happy with the service. Will order again!

I have been using Vision Clarity for 7 months. I began to have difficulty wearing contact lens. I have been wearing contacts for over 20 years.
I tried three new Acuvue contact products. After using Vision Clarity Eye drops for 7 months I have been able to wear the contact lens without the dry eye effect which caused lack of moisture and the lens would not hold secure to the eyeball. I currently wear Acuvue Oasys Brand. It is a pleasure to once again have confidence with my vision correction..

No issues - shipped quickly, packaged with adequate padding- works as advertised!

Excellent customer service

I had issue with bottles leaking on my vacation and company kindly sent me two new bottles and suggested the bottles must always be kept up right. Faithfully, I kept little, skinny, plastic bottle on bedside table and used when going to bed, once or twice during night, and upon arising. Happy with my solution, I ordered 3 bottles and asked for refund on Lubricant Eye drops (great ingredients that burn and leave my eyes red a long time, --sad sad) and the useless little bottle mirrors. The gal couldn't help me, so connected me to supervisor. Unfortunately, I got answering machine, so left message. Happily, he called me back and gave me more than the refund on my purchase of three more vision clarity eye drops that do help with my eye comfort and lubrication and hopefully, in time, cataracts. Responsive company one can work with!

Your system on ordering and delivering is enjoyable and reliable.

I have been ordering from Dr. Vitamins for some time now. I had an issue once that was taken care of. Now I place an oder on the August 15th and should have received it on the 17th . because they used the wrong zip code I am still waiting on my order.(why the wrong zip code I don't know I have been ordering the same product for over almost 2 years) It was sent to the wrong post office and I am still waiting on my children's medicine. They have been without it for 6 days now. I called your company on the 22nd spoke to Liz and they said to call my post office and Kirk would call me back. No one called me back and I am still waiting for my order. I feel this is poor customer service. I understand it was an error but a return call with an explanation and an apology would of been nice. I never even received an email with a tracking code. I had to call for it.

I ordered for the first time from Dr Vitamin Solutions and my product arrived and had some damage from shipping. The box was packaged well, the post office must have been unnecessarily rough on it. I emailed customer service and got a very quick response. They shipped me out a new product. I will buy from them in the future for sure.
