Dan's informative and relaxed style made course interesting and easy to follow. The "intelligent" manikins used to demonstrate CPR measured each student's performance and gave feedback on technique used.

As new parents, we wanted to learn the basics of paediatric first aid for our little one. I enquired with DSB First Aid Training via email and had an immediate response.

Dan was really flexible with times and dates to ensure that we and our family members could attend the session, came to us in the comfort of our own home and delivered a tailored session to cater for our needs.

We absolutely loved the hands on approach to learn about CPR, choking and other important aspects of first aid that may be encountered with young children.

Dan was really friendly, made us all feel at ease and answered all of our (many) questions.

I really enjoyed Dan's delivery style and felt he really listened to the participants, catering for our specific first aid needs. Really like the app based approach to CPR on a model.

Dan ran a recent training session I attended which he focused on paediatric first aid as we had specified this was our main focus as new first time parents. Dan provided the information in a friendly yet informative manner and took the time to answer all our queries and what ifs/what about this scenario questions.
He also used the Annie dolls to allow us to practice on, but with the help of technology these were connected to an app to tell you how successful you were at CPR /Choking which allowed you to clearly see what you were doing well/not so well and then refine your technique appropriately.
I left the training session feeling that my first aid skills had been refreshed, and having been able to take on board the information due to the easy way it was presented.
If you are considering booking Dan, I would have no hesitation to recommend his services and training, having done several first aid courses over the years for work I found this course to be one of the most enjoyable whilst still providing the relevant information.

Dan gave a very detailed and informative session which was very helpful to us. As a new parent infant first aid can be quite daunting but Dan explained everything very well and gave us the confidence we needed to provide emergency care if needed.
