the order I made was released on 21.11


the order I made was released on 21.11 and I will receive it on 01.12. . I have to wait two weeks for something that could arrive in two days to arrive. And I still waiting to receive.

Dear Customer, you ordered on friday 17/11 and we sent the parts on tuesday 21/11, 1 working day after your order (for a custom part made to order). We shipped via UPS 48hr, which usually has a transit time of 48/72hr.
We already checked with them and have no way to change the transit times. We really don't know how a similar review could help others as you should blame the courier (UPS) not us. As always, we are here to help and try to solve any problem within our possibilities.
