Great work including multimedia in the report. It was on time and following up was great.

Randen arrived at the scheduled time. Introduced himself and informed us of what he was going to do. The inspection was professional and through. Pointers were given and every thing explained in detail. Was very pleased with this young man and his attitude. Exceptional is an understatement. DS Home Inspections is outstanding and the cost is very reasonable. Highly recommend!!!

Dartanyan did a very detailed and thorough job. He had multiple ways to confirm or rule out possible moisture spots. He inspected and did air quality testing. His lab gives very understandable results and the lab willingly answered all my questions. Absolutely would recommend his company. I have to have testing after remediation is completed and of course I will use his company.

Ditanyan communicated extremely well before, during and after the inspection process. During the inspection, he was very thorough taking his time and asking questions to ensure he understood the situation. The final report was comprehensive and detailed with Ditanyan available to discuss if necessary. The pricing was reasonable and fair. I would like to thank Ditanyan for his professionalism.

The thorough inspection was not only more detaled then I've ever seen, but how every nick and cranny was inspected with no stone left unturned was unexpected and amazing. DS provided a thorough home inspection with a restraint on the timeline he was given. He checked all major systems, faucets, the roof and the exterior. He was able to provide pictures and videos on a portal that I am able to refer back to as often as I would like.

We found using DC Home Inspection Services, LLC extremely professional and thorough in their inspection. Their report is "state of the art" . It was organized by system (electrical, grounds, exterior, attic, plumbing, garage, etc.) Their report included color photos and narrative. There was a summary page detailing the condition and identified any defective items. This made it easy for us to prepare our request to the sellers for items we wished for them to repair. The representative was professional and wore appropriate clothing. He verbally summarized his findings at the premises and we received an electronic he actual report later that same day as we were his first appt. I gave this company my strongest endorsement.

The inspector was on time, professional and courteous. His inspection was thorough and very beneficial. Very quick turn-around which is crucial when dealing with time limits of a purchase contract. There are also other assists that came with this using this inspection company (help with utilities, alarm systems, home warranties, etc.) I definitely recommend!

It was a pleasure to take a home inspection class taught by Professor Sye and he made it a rewarding and engaging learning experience. The class was one of the best I have ever taken! He demonstrated that he cares for his students by taking the time to get to know each of them and making sure that they thoroughly understood the material. Not only is he a Home Inspector master, but his business acumen is unmatched. The class would have been worth more than the cost for the business knowledge and mentoring alone.

Scheduling everything was quick, easy, and transparent. Communication was quick, clear, and concise as well. The products and services came as promised. Definitely recommend!
