DS Merchant Services レビュー

Excellent service from DS merchant services.
Dean was very professional, helpful and easy to deal. He explained everything clearly, responded quickly and made the whole process simple and straightforward.

I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend DS Merchant Services to other businesses. Great customer service and a reliable company. Thanks

“Dean has been consistently helpful, professional, and always available to provide support when needed. It’s refreshing to be able to speak directly with someone on the phone rather than relying solely on a help centre. Highly appreciated

Really friendly and helpful. Thank you 😊

I have multiple sites both short and long term. Dean is always available to sort out my requirements very quickly and efficiently. He is always happy to go out of his way to make sure everything is as it should be. He is a genuine person and very easy to deal with.

Best on the game 👍

I have dealt with Dean Scott for many many years now and he has managed to solve any and every problem I’ve come across at the moment I’ve rang or messaged him. He so invested in in what he does, helping save money and giving the customer the best support and service. I have recommended him to a number of businesses.

An all round excellent service. The company are very easy to worth with and provide helpful information efficiently. Dean, individually has been brilliant with his knowledge for the system in place, his correspondence and general help along the way.

Five-Star Service from Dean at DS Merchant Services

I don’t normally rush to write reviews, but the service I’ve had from DS Merchant Services — and especially Dean — absolutely deserves one.

From start to finish, the whole process was smooth, straightforward, and refreshingly uncomplicated. Dean got everything set up quickly and explained it all in plain English, which made switching over really easy. The card reader itself is brilliant — simple to use, reliable, and the pricing is genuinely some of the best around.

I’d been using the tap-to-pay option through my business banking app before, and switching to this has actually saved me a fair bit of money already. For any small business owner, that makes a big difference.

What really stands out though is the service. Dean is a top bloke — always at the end of the phone or a quick text if you need him. Any questions I had were answered straight away, and when I had a small issue with my charging cable, he sorted it out rapidly with zero hassle.

Proper customer service like this is rare these days. Great product, great prices, and great support.

Highly recommend DS Merchant Services — and if you get to deal with Dean, you’re in very good hands.

Dean is the best of the best!

If you’re shopping around for payment solutions, don’t waste your time chasing the “best rate” online — speak to Dean.

Setting up card payments for my locksmith business was turning into a nightmare. The provider I was dealing with kept adding extra services and charges left, right and centre.

After meeting Dean for a coffee and talking through everything properly, he took the time to understand my business and my concerns. The result? A great rate and an amazing mobile POS terminal.

The Teya POS terminal looks fantastic, performs brilliantly, and has made taking payments incredibly easy. Customers even comment on how professional and slick it looks.

It’s honestly moved my business in the right direction — simple, reliable, and no headaches.

Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great service and card machines are absolutely spot on for my business!
Many thanks Dean for your help

Dean has been so helpful and always on hand to support. It’s nice to actually have someone on the end of the phone rather than a help bot. And the biggest winner is I’m saving lots on my card transactions.

I recently got a new card machine from DS Merchant Services and the whole experience has been spot on from start to finish.

The setup was quick and straightforward, and the machine itself is fast, reliable and easy to use. Plus a lot cheaper than DOJO who I used to use for my card machine provider.

What really stands out though is the support.

Dean is always contactable whenever needed. Any questions have been dealt with straight away, which gives real peace of mind when you’re running a business.

It’s rare to get this level of customer service these days.

I’d highly recommend Dean and DS Merchant Services to any business looking for a dependable card machine and ongoing support you can actually rely on.

Dean is always helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble!
Keeps your business running smoothly!

I have nothing praise for Dean and his services.

Ive had two previous companies supply my c.card machines but no one is more helpful and efficient as Dean and his services.

Would highly recommend as you always get that personal service.

Easy to use and perfect for my business, low fees and extra features that all come in handy when you need them.

Dean pulled up to our workplace on time for each call. Got us up and running with a working card machine, and POS system for our pop-up café within the first meeting. Was quick to replace any receipt rolls and fix any issues or sort replacements regarding the machine. The overall support was great and I'd recommend DS Merchant Services to any business, of any size wanting a better deal on their fees, without sacrificing speed and quality of their machines.
