This is not a legitimate company! Be careful!
They will charge insane amounts without prior quote or agreement and demand payment on the spot through a payment terminal.

I was charged a hefty fee (more than £200) when no actual work was carried out. When I inquired about this, the engineer was very rude and put me under pressure to just pay up. This 'company' is clearly a scam, sending around thieves in plumber uniform. Unless you enjoy large surprise fees and threatening interactions: avoid avoid avoid!

I was told over the phone that the call-out fee was £60 and that any additional work would be quoted before proceeding. However, when the plumber arrived, he just tightened a few bolts, which took less than two minutes, and then charged me £250. Even though he never gave me a quote and I never agreed for the work to be carried out. This feels completely dishonest and unethical. When I challenged him on this he became very insistent and rude and demanded that I pay him on the spot. I also realised that they attended as part of an ‘emergency call out’ which I wasn’t aware of at all (the issue was not an emergency). Please avoid this company at all cost! This is not a legitimate company. After having read other reviews it appears this is their modus operandi. They clearly intend to scam people.

Very good service from Darryl. I feel he went above and beyond when dealing with our clogged sink issues. We didn’t get the whole thing fixed in one visit but he got things working enough for us to use the sink carefully. Hopefully he can resolve the issue when he returns to work on it more. Courteous, friendly and very concerned about making a mess.

This was one of the worst services I've ever had and I truly feel I was scammed. I explained very clearly the issue with my toilet - that sometimes when I flushed it would leak and other times it wouldn't. I explained I had the modern bathrooms where the toilet was stuck to the walls and in order to get access they would need to go in from the worktop and asked if they were able to put it back the way it was and the guy on the phone said yes they do loads of these jobs. This was a lie. The plumber came 30 minutes late, came in with the worst attitude, and then flushed my toilet 5 times and expected payment. There was no solution, and I had to get another plumber and pay once again to get the issues fixed. They are scammers.

Avoid DSM Plumbing – Unprofessional and Overpriced

I had a terrible experience with DSM Plumbing. Their pricing is unclear, and they overcharge for even the simplest interactions. You may find yourself being billed just for speaking with them!

The engineer, Shannan, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of providing clear information upfront, they hit you with unexpected charges. If you question the charges, they threaten to forward your details to debt recovery agencies.

This was the worst service experience I have ever had, and I strongly advise others to stay away. Be very cautious when dealing with them. I would never recommend DSM Plumbing to anyone.

called them because I had a leak and the boiler shut-down. On the phone they quoted me 95gbp for the call on-site and they came in 90min. Service was good however they charged an extra 200gbp for 1 hour labour plus materials, put VAT on top and you get the picture. Be sure to be specifc before hand of the all the costs breakdown.

I called them about my hot water on Friday morning. The engineer came at 8pm. He did not check the boiler but just said that, the heatplate exchanger need to be replaced. Instead of giving a thorough diagnosis, he demanded £150 from me with seriousness. I mistakingly handed him £160 abd this man took the money. The next day, I sent them a message about the extra £10 and there was no response. Only for me to receive another message to pay £384 for the parts and labour. I found another plumber who did the job with £220 charge for labour and parts. They are theives in a plumber uniform.

Great company to deal with.

They are prompt and professional but take advantage of their 'emergency' tag by wildly overcharging.I called them out at 4 pm after returning from a long flight to fix my boiler they arrived as scheduled fixed a minor issue caused by blown fuses in less than an hour and proceeded to charge me £625.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Absolutely rip off. Charged £607 for effectively 10 mins (some tape to put the overflow back in place) and using a plunger

They jack up the prices, will try to replace parts citing the existing ones as faulty. And although they claim warranty, but its of no use as they refused to take warranty either for service or parts. They changed multiple parts for my boiler and it has the same issue again after 5 months. And they refuse the warranty for it. pathetic service, avoid them at any cost.

This company clearly did not know how to service our well but pretended to, jacked up the price quoted, achieved zero water improvement, held up a renovation, tried to sell us an expensive water system, and then ignored outreach following. Surprised so many of these online reviews are good.

Daryl and his crew showed up on time and have a great work ethic. They responded quickly to my request, worked hard and resolved the problem that I had with my well. I was in need of assistance as I had a leakage in my pipes I was sent out someone within the hour of calling. The customer service was good, and the work was done to a great level I was highly recommended calling if you’re in need of help
