Sommerkamp Consulting レビュー

Deirdre is absolutely brilliant! I cannot recommend her more highly. She has built an expansive and impressive portfolio herself and wants to help others do the same. Deirdre has been exceptional in giving me ideas for my own business and mission project to drive forward to the next level. Her knowledge and grit are unparalleled!

I’ve worked with a lot of consultants over the years. Most of them tell you what you already know and charge you for the packaging. Deirdre Sommerkamp is not that.
What makes her different is that she genuinely engages with your business at a level most advisors never reach. She doesn’t come in with a pre-built framework to slot you into — she listens, she pushes back where it matters, and she helps you see the blind spots you didn’t know you had. For someone building something from the ground up, that kind of honest, substantive partnership is invaluable.
Deirdre also brings something that’s hard to teach: sound judgment. Not just strategic thinking, but the kind of moral and operational grounding that makes you trust her with the decisions that actually keep you up at night. She’s the person I call when I need a real answer, not a polished one.
Sommerkamp Consulting is the real deal. If your business is at an inflection point and you need someone who will engage with full seriousness, hire her before someone else does.

Sommerkamp Consulting will absolutely change your life. Working with this team PERSONALLY has been a game changer for our entire company.

If you’re looking for someone who can bring both strategic clarity and grounded execution, Deirdre Sommerkamp is that person. She’s exceptionally thoughtful in how she assesses situations, especially her ability to ask the right questions early. Those questions don’t just “sound smart”; they surface the real constraints, the real risks, and the real levers that determine whether a plan will work.

What I respect most about Deirdre is her commitment to stewardship and legacy. She operates with a clear moral compass and a high standard for how people are treated and how decisions are made. That comes through in her personal presence and in the way she builds professionally: calm, deliberate, and trustworthy.

Deirdre is the type of partner you want in the room when decisions matter because she protects what’s important while still driving progress.

I’ve known Deirdre -- the founder of Sommerkamp Consulting -- for over a decade, dating back to our time building out Qvidian sales playbooks for Splunk. More recently, Deirdre was the Chief Solutions Officer at Skillibrium, where I had the chance to work alongside her as she led massive GTM transformations, turning underperforming teams into high performance engines.

If you are looking for an undisputed expert to guide your GTM transformation, look no further. Deirdre is hands down the one you want to partner with. She understands the mechanics of all things revenue related: the roles, the tech, the way AI is changing that game, and how you can create a revenue engine where humans and AI work seamlessly together.

Deirdre is an absolute powerhouse. She's super organized, forward-thinking, and can architect the right path to success for your business.

I can't recommend her consulting practice highly enough! 5 stars is not enough.
