I can’t speak highly enough of the incredible service we received from Dana from DS Travel in planning our family holiday to Khao Lak, Thailand. From the very beginning, she was professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to creating a memorable experience for us.

Every detail was thoughtfully arranged — from the seamless airport transfers to the stunning accommodation that was perfect for our family. The hotel she recommended was an absolute gem: peaceful, family-friendly, and right on the beach, with all the amenities we could’ve asked for.

What truly stood out was how personalized the entire experience felt. Dana took the time to understand what we were looking for, and it showed in every aspect of the trip. Everything just flowed effortlessly thanks to her planning.

Dana was incredible!! She listened to what my partner and I wanted to do in Japan, gave us recommendations and helped us stay within our budget. The process was seamless and so easy. Dana was very responsive over email and whilst in Japan, I had trouble booking the express passes to universal studio tickets, so I emailed Dana and within an hour she had the express passes sent to my email! Her knowledge is expectational and she was so helpful. The best travel agent I've ever come across!! I wouldn't go through anyone else to book my trips again.

Our journey with DS Travel was fantastic. Dana arranged our multi-stop, multi-country trip with expertise.
She oversaw our train trip through the Four Stans, saw us on our way to London and arranged Easter in Lisbon, finding us excellent accommodation.

I booked a month long trip to Italy and Spain and will forever be using DS Travel from now on. Dana was efficient with the initial booking and more than happy to accommodate any additional places I wanted to add on. She made a personalised agenda including multiple activities I never would have found on my own. Every place I stayed was in walking distance to multiple attractions and all absolutely perfect for me.
