our instructer was very well spoken and diliverd the course well and he was able to anwser all our questions he was also able to talior the course to our sport which was very helpful in understandong diffrent types of injurys

Aiden delivered an excellent Heart Saver course. The material and exercises were easy to follow and understand.

Aidan delivered a a cardiac first aid course. He did so very clearly and made it easy to remember buy putting us on the spot and making us enact a realistic situation. I would be very competent if the situation arose.

I recently completed the IHF- Heart Saver course with Aiden, I found the course very interesting and engaging. Training was provided to a very high standard while adhering to Covid guidelines, which enabled all participants to feel at ease. Aiden facilitated the training in a friendly, approachable manner which encouraged all participants to interact and learn through practical experience.

Aiden ran a great course. It was well organised, covid compliant and good venue. Aiden was a great facilitator and very knowledgeable on his topic. I left the course confident that if I were called to do CPR, I would be able to do so effectively.
Knowing CPR and how to use an AED, how to identify a stroke/ heart attack or choking are all life skills essential to all - would recommend others do the course.

Recently completed a defibrillator train workshop with Donegal Safety Training Solutions (dsts.ie).

Aiden's approach is hands on training and instructions (no power points). Straight to the point and easy to understand.

Although, I have to say, he's a bit sneaky with the questions 😂.

Once again our Transition Year students have reaped the benefits of Aiden's extensive knowledge and expertise after a two day First Aid workshop. Excellent delivery, pace and engagement, blended with practical and real life experiences, makes this an established feature on our calendar.
