From when I called to enquire I have never had a company so desperate for payment. Of putting

It's very bad experience with the old Car provided. Due to which I struggled to cope up with that car within an hour so I failed in my driving test.

It was smooth and transparent-Just a bit costly 😊

I found a cancellation in a different test centre and booked a last minute test day car, and a 1 hour pre-test driving session with an instructor through DTC.
It was a very seamless booking process and the driving instructor, Chris, was excellent at calming my nerves and helping me familiarize myself with the area as I had never been there before. I passed my test thanks to this very helpful service.

An outstanding driving test training company! I recently passed my driving test after taking lessons with Mrs. Rani Gadday. She is incredibly professional, patient, and supportive. I highly recommend her to anyone preparing for their driving test.

I'd like to give a special thank you to Rani, who has helped me pass my driving test!

She has a lot of patience, and you can tell she has a lot of experience teaching students how to drive.

I've had two other driving instructors in the past, of which didn't have great people skills and were incompetent teachers. Just because someone is qualified to teach or a good driver doesn't mean they're a good driving instructor.

Rest assured you won't have any issues learning automatic driving with Rani or Manual driving with Manisha who is also a very experienced instructor with past examiner experience.

Thankyou so much for helping with my daughter Georgia. Georgia wasn’t confident for a long time due to an accident early on in her driving experience, DTC have been amazing in getting her 6 , yes 6 driving tests and finally her passing today !!! The kind and very professional staff , have been really instrumental in helping her on her journey. Finding her tests promptly and never letting us down with having instructors there to pick her up in various locations !!!!
Any small problems were dealt with promptly and with consideration , and they never judged the fact that Georgia took a while to find her feet. Always very calm and polite I can thoroughly recommend DTC. Thankyou again.

I passed my driving test today thanks to the dedication of Mrs Rani Gadday, who is a fantastic instructor. I am not the most confident driver, but she is calm, patient and incredibly encouraging. We covered everything I needed to pass the test. Thank you Mrs Gadday for believing in me, I couldn’t have done it without you.

The instructor was good and he was very patient.

It’s a very good company, great customer support over the phone and friendly, quick execution. One problem I faced was with the instructor Raju Ahmed, he needs to learn some respect. He was stressing me out and telling me I can’t move my hands over the steering wheel to the other side which isn’t even a driving fault, it's a driving style, and he wouldn't allow me to continue unless I drove like he wanted. Anyways, given the right instructor the service provided by these kind people is really useful and I can see myself using them again, just not with Raju. Thanks

Poor communication
Fake agreements - I ask for monthly payment which they quickly agreed with a deposit but got told on the day on my test i had to pay instructor in full on the day which is not what i agreed on.
DTC very rude on the call and did not even listen to me as a client.This made me very anxious before my test.
This is just waste of money.
The car received on the day was not used for a while for the clutch was difficult to use.
I got theories instead of tips to passed by intructor
Not happy with this company- I had pre warned them before 8 days as they request and still they give me poor service like this. I would not had to complain if it was 3 days because it is understandable but they had a whole week which was unfair.

I would definitely recommend them over and over again. The instructor was so helpful as he took me round and gave me tips

Want to give a big thanks to rani and DTC driving school. She was professional and I would definitely recommend DTC to friends and family.

Rude instructor, shouting, not calm, not reassuring. Overall poorly. Great car tho

I booked a last-minute car service with a week’s notice to attend my practical driving exam. According to the company’s website, cancellations on my part would not be refunded, which I understood and accepted. However, the company itself cancelled my booking without offering any alternatives or notice in advance.

When I contacted them for a refund, I was told that my money was "lost" and they would not issue a refund despite the cancellation being entirely on their end. This is unacceptable and poor business practice.

The lack of accountability and refusal to refund for a service they failed to provide shows a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and trust.

Highly recommend DTC and my instructor Manisha ! So friendly and makes you feel at ease and gave me the confidence I needed to pass my test.

I used DTC driving school on last minute notice with my test being in two days time and they was a great help. They provide me with an instructor Manisha Gadday she was a lovely woman and great help.
I was given an hour before my test, like a mock just to go over everything and ask any final questions which was all answered well and clear to me and was ready to go.
With that being said I passed thanks to DTC driving schools services.

I had to use DTC for my test, Manisha Gadday was superb. She’s a lovely person and is extremely supportive and a great instructor. I’d recommend DTC to anyone.
