I am submitting this on 4/8/25 for an order I placed on 3/28/25. I have been (very sporadically, since they just ignore most attempts) back and forth with them via chat and email about my order. I have been given different excuses about my order.

1- on 4/1 via email "Your order is currently in production and will be shipped as soon as possible.

2- I emailed on 4/2, no response.

3- I emailed on 4/3, no response.

4- on 4/3 later in the day.. I was told via chat when I asked about the order that they were reaching out to production and would let me know. No follow up.

5- on 4/4 used incognito mode to chat via the website so I could start a new thread. Response was "Your order is currently in production and we have contacted our production team to ensure the process is going smoothly. The production process is continuing as planned and there are no delays. The estimated delivery dates for your order are between April 3 and April 8. You can expect your order to be delivered between these dates. We will also notify you with a tracking number when your shipment is on its way so you can follow the shipping process." At this point we have been 'in production' for 3 days

6- on 4/5 via chat I was told the item was shipped and given a tracking number.

7- on 4/6 and 7 I reached out via chat as the tracking number shill shows that UPS has not even received the package, no response.

8- 4/8 (today) I reached out via chat on my normal browser where I can also see my previous messages, no response. I then reached out again using the incognito mode and was told "I received a response from the production department stating that the courier has received your order. UPS will deliver it to you as soon as possible." According to the UPS tracking number, it has not been received. I responded to the chat with that information and still no response.

I have screen shots and pictures of all conversations via email and chat. At this point, I will have to order from another company and pay for expedited shipping. I am working on filing a dispute with my bank as well. I will lose well over $500 when this is said and done. As a small business start up, this is wrecking me. Lesson learned.

The best shipping I've ever had!! comes from 3k miles away and is days faster then ordering in the states!! Blows my mind.. amazing dtf and UVdtf for stickers!! Not to mention 2.5 times the amount of graphics compared to othe places 💪🏼

Ordering for the third time! Fast and great quality.

I placed an order on 3/10/25 I was provided a tracking number but my order was never shipped. I reached out via chat and was told they would send it. They never did. I reached out on Facebook to ask about my order and was blocked. I reached out again via chat and email and never received a response. They literally just stole my money and never sent my order.

DTF GHOST IS THE BEST IN THE INDUSTRY!!!!! The product is top notch, customer service is terrific, turnover speed is beyond compare. I only order from them.

Last order, I tried the UV DTF DECALS for the first, and they blew me out of the water. Perfect print quality, and easier to use than any Ihave in the past. YOU CAN ACTUALLY PEEL THEM BY HAND!!!!

Very fast shipping! Gang sheet turned out great!!

The gang sheet was easy to build, the prices were great, and my art came out amazing! I may have squealed a bit when I unrolled it! Seeing my art come to life was awesome. The prints pressed great onto my tote bags and all the small details were perfect. I'm very happy with the quality of the prints and colors.

First order didn't work. They blamed a lack of powder. Replacement order is worse than the first. I have owned a DTF and a sublimation printer for well over 10 years. Also own exclusively George Knight presses. We tried the recommended Temp of 320 with a time of 15 sec. 25% of the image stayed on the all cotton shirt. Tried several times and then moved up and down with temp and pressure to no avail. Then took out a competitor's sample that I received at a show and BINGO hit it right on the first try. The plastic backing Ghost uses is 50% lighter then some of the others I have seen and used. Don't waste your time. You get what you pay for with Ghost's price being 50% of the major players in the industry.

Destroyed both my gangsheets re eimbursed me for one then ignored all my emails about the other one.And your response is a lie,U don’t send a confirmation before submission,I never got that,all of your “credit added” when u make orders I never got that and I ordered NUMEROUS times(not anymore) And u destroyed 2 of my gangsheets not only was some of my transfers backwards but u deleted some in had 25 u only had 23(even tho most of them wasn’t right) So please stop the lies sir.Np won’t do business again.

I have sent pictures of the bent designs. I first attempted to contact you via text, email. You sent me no info back. Then when I reached out to through your Facebook, you blocked me. Is this easier to understand?

I have ordered several times from DTF Ghost and the quality, price and shipping are wonderful. Its a one stop shop for me! The website is very user friendly and the customer service is great too!

They were very helpful and responded quickly when I had a question on an order I was making. I was impressed with the quick turnaround and shipping too! I ordered on a Thursday and the transfers were delivered on Tuesday! These are just as good as identical transfers I paid 4x more for from another vendor. Will definitely be ordering again!
