Great great

Great customer service as well as the translation services. I'm very happy with the resulta and it was so fast, and quick response.

First time using this company and service. Positive experience overall. Few back and forth with minor corrections but corrected in a timely manner.

I would given a 5 star if the responses were much quicker, yet the service was excellent as good as 5 star. The price was also reasonable. I strongly recommend this service for translation and notarization.

My Notarised translation can’t be found , disappeared.

They made an excellent work. The process is a little bit longer 1-2 weeks (in my experience) but is worth because they be sure that the translation is correct and perfect.

After two extensive correction rounds, I ended up doing the full translation myself and the translator in the end signed my text. The quality of the initial translation was poor, seemed AI generated and grammatically incorrect.

Affordability and service of quality

Prices may seem affordable, but you truly get what you pay for. I ordered several translations, including one that cost several hundred dollars. It required three rounds of corrections, and there are still issues, the translations clearly are not properly checked before being sent out.

Because of these repeated mistakes, I am now unable to send my documents on time and will have to pay a very expensive one-day delivery fee if I receive the fourth correction and it is finally accurate. This situation has caused unnecessary stress and costs.

On top of that, I accidentally placed another order and immediately asked for it to be canceled. I was told by email that it would be canceled and asked whether I wanted to use my credit for another translation. I replied right away requesting a refund instead. Since then, I have received no response despite several follow-ups, and I have now seen that the translation was completed anyway, even though I was told the order would be canceled.

Overall, the experience has been frustrating and unreliable, and I cannot recommend this service.

EDIT: After finally making all the corrections and receiving the translation with their certification at the end of the document stating that the translation was accurate and certified, they decided to change their minds a few hours later, deciding that due to my requests for corrections, the translation might not comply with their accuracy policy and asking me not to use the document they themselves had certified. (lol)
