Worst Umrah Experience – Dishonest and Threatening!
I deeply regret booking my Umrah trip with this agency. They turned what should have been a spiritual and peaceful journey into a stressful and costly disaster.
They initially promised me flights with Saudi Airlines, but at the last minute, they changed the airline to a much lower-quality carrier. To make matters worse, the new flights ended up costing more, and I was forced to pay the difference. This bait-and-switch was completely unacceptable and felt like a blatant scam.
The hotels they booked were just as bad. One of the rooms smelled awful—like mold and sewage—and was completely unlivable. I had to leave and rebook different hotels myself, paying out of pocket multiple times. It was clear they didn’t care about the quality of the accommodations they arranged. Asked for a refund due to not staying their and they refused!
The entire itinerary was a mess, with poorly scheduled flights that left little time for connections, causing unnecessary stress and fatigue while we had 2 very young kids with us. When I tried to address these issues with their customer service, they were rude, dismissive, and provided no solutions at all. I’ll definitely be filing a chargeback with my bank for the hotel costs. I have full receipts of me rebooking the new hotels etc.
The worst part? After I said I will leave an honest review about my experience, they had the audacity to threaten me with legal action to try to silence me. Instead of taking accountability, they chose to intimidate their customers.
Do not trust this agency with your Umrah journey. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and only care about taking your money. Avoid them at all costs if you want a stress-free and meaningful experience. Please just use skyscanner and booking.com to book your hotels and flights it’s honestly not worth going through these frauds!!!

We request that you immediately refrain from making any false allegations against Dua Travels. In response to your concerns, we took prompt action by changing the hotels in Makkah and Madinah to equivalent 4-star properties (Amjad Al Deafah 4* and Rawda Al Aqeeq 4*), as per your request.
The image you shared shows our immediate response, but unfortunately, we were unable to proceed with a refund claim due to your failure to provide the necessary proof, as required by the hotel. Please be assured that Dua Travels has never ignored your communications and has always acted professionally and transparently.
In Makkah, you vacated the hotel without notice and failed to provide the evidence necessary to process a refund. As for the Madinah hotel, we have a WhatsApp conversation in which you clearly stated that the rooms were satisfactory.
It is important to note that you received the full services as per the agreed-upon terms. Upon your return from Umrah, you requested a refund, which we declined. Following this, you began making threats and posting defamatory comments about our company.
After reviewing the entire situation, we kindly ask that you cease and desist from making further false statements. If you continue to spread these defamatory allegations, we will be forced to take legal action, which could result in serious legal consequences.
We trust that this matter will be resolved promptly and amicably.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE 100% SCAMMERS
Brothers and sister avoid these scammers at all cost. They ruined our Ummrah.
Downgraded us in everything and pocketed the money promised us good hotels 4 star and good flight downgraded us 2 days before flight not answering messages for two weeks and when called making excuses and dropping the phone.
Promised us 4 star Emmar Grand received Amjad Al Deafah which was 3 star at best and you can book for £20 a night on booking.com. Hotel smelt like sewage and fish we left instantly manager refused us new rooms. Dua travels also sent their agents to bang on our door to intimidate us follow us around and make us say a waiver.
Promised Emmar Elite and Given Al Aqeeq Rawda which was also three star and was disgusting bad reviews and was not worth the £2000 we payed for hotels.
Rumman the biggest culprit was a liar and thief do not ever book with these people do it yourself via booking.com. You can actually check what your booking and get the tickets instantly trust me brother and sisters save your head ache do not give them evil people business we also had two babies who where in distress from the hotels these people booked.
I will be taking these people to court for the money they owe me.
They call a honest review defamation see the threats they clearly don't even know UK law nothing said is untrue everything stated is what happened and I have 6 people who can verify. Legally you couldn't provide the service your promised this is known as false advertisement and you can be taken to court simply for this and decided rather than refunding us you will take the money and give us sub par this is why I will never trust Travel Agents ever again. Especially ones who can't spell your name correctly after being told 20 times.

I ordered an umrah package for 9 people through Dua Travels and it was quite a leap of faith as I wasn’t sure what to expect from them having had no dealings with them previously.
From the start Abdul Hadi took personal ownership of ensuring ALL questions were answered and details were confirmed promptly. Flight tickets and hotel tokens were issued in good time, E Visas arranged and transfer information clearly communicated.
Planning an Umrah trip for a group of 9 can be challenging and stressful however Hadi and the Dua travels staff were very reassuring, attentive and supportive throughout our trip making it a stress free experience. The hotels were convenient, the transfers were on time and of a good standard.
I really would have no hesitation to travel with and recommend Dua Travels to friends and family in the future. A family friendly, conscientious company that puts customer experience at the forefront of its dealings, special shout outs to the outstanding Mr Hadi and Mr Faisal who personified the customer service ethos in their actions.

Was Amazing
The whole experience was made so easy by Haris. He helped my family and I arrange our Umrah and sorted our hotels, flights, taxis and ziyarats. Everything was taken care of and we had no issues anywhere. Couldn't be more thankful for all of the help we were given.

Umrah package
I contacted Dua travels to get a quote for umrah package for myself and family. Brother Haris tried his possible best to get us the best deals. He was patient and very easy to chat to, although I didn’t end up taking the package due to personal circumstance, I will definitely recommend Dua travels and most especially Haris.

Really Good Ummrah Package
Marina was absolutely legend on communications. She understood the requirements and tailored the ummrah package perfectly suitable.
It included private car to and from the airport. Plus hotels were at walking distance.

Journey with family
We were a family of 6, we had an excellent experience and would love to again, especially with the help of our brother Rumman who covered everything for us including the hotel which was very close to the masjid al-haram, it had 5star breakfast and very friendly staff. Our brother also made sure we arrived in makkah safetly by constantly checking up on us throughout the journey. We are very gratefull and highly recommend Dua Travels to those who would like an easy manageable journey!

Impressive service
I was dealing with Mr. Rumman. He dealt very professionally, provided information and resolved queries in a timely manner. Although, I haven't taken the package but I was so much impressed by the level of service I received and will surely reach him again in future when needed.
