Received my zip up hoodie

Received my zip up hoodie - fits perfectly, lovely soft shade of pink, and very soft to the touch as well. It will be the perfect thing to wear on those cooler morning pup walks.

I ordered a 2 piece swim suit, didn't like it when it came, paid $58.98 for it and when I tried to return it they offered me $15 - disgraceful, would NEVER buy from them again

I ordered a jumper in 2XL

I ordered a jumper in 2XL. What I received was a small size. I contacted you and was told I could have the item reshipped in the correct size but I would need to send 14.99 for reshipment. I received the wrong product, I did not cause this problem, so why should I be required to spend more money to resolve it. You obviously don't stand behind your products. Or perhaps it was deliberate to get more money. I don't know. But whatever it is, I did not get what I paid for and now and am being held up for more money to get what I ordered. I really love the jumper and would like to have it in the correct size. But I cannot recommend your company or its products to anyone if this is your policy. I may have to go back to Facebook where I first saw it advertised and let them all know what kind of company they will be dealing with if they order from you. Very displeased.
