I've been with Duda for almost three years now, and the platform has evolved significantly in that time. Regular feature updates, performance improvements, and new capabilities keep appearing. The team clearly listens to user feedback and acts on it. This kind of continuous improvement gives me confidence that choosing Duda was a long-term smart decision, not just a short-term convenience.

We've set up several small online stores using Duda's e-commerce features. For businesses with straightforward needs, it works really well. The checkout process is smooth, inventory management is simple, and integration with payment processors is seamless. Not as feature-rich as dedicated e-commerce platforms, but for small to medium catalogs, it's perfect and much easier to manage.

Been using Duda for about 10 months now. It's become my go-to for all client projects. The platform is stable, updates don't break things, and the sites load consistently fast. Support has always been helpful when I've reached out. The only minor issue is I'd like more flexibility with certain widgets, but honestly, it's a small complaint. Overall very satisfied with the service.

Duda is the only builder that we use. It has come so far in it's building, designing, optimization, widgets, and stands out as the only true fast yet precise option to build a high conversion website in 2026 and beyond.

I'm a designer but my knowledge of code is very limited. I have tried several web building apps previously and found Duda to be the most user-friendly for customizable templates. I used Duda for my job, but plan on using if for personal projects in the future.

We've been using Duda for website development and overall the experience has been very positive. Their support team is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help whenever an issue or query arises — which makes a big difference when you're managing live client projects.

The platform itself is intuitive, reliable, and well suited for building professional websites efficiently. That said, there are still some areas where improvements could be made, particularly within the e-commerce functionality, billing options in GBP, and a few advanced features that would enhance flexibility for UK-based users.

Despite these points, Duda continues to be a strong platform with excellent customer support and ongoing development. Overall, a very good experience and a system we’re happy to keep using.

Real Clen Platform and easy to use and integrate

We’ve worked with Duda for 15 years. If the platform has continuously improved, the customer service has become abysmal. Even though we have had an Agency subscription, it’s been 3 weeks since we first contacted them with an issue. We are yet to receive a response. Worse, we tried to contact them again to no avail. As a result, have started the migration of all our clients’ websites to another platform. We cannot in good conscience leave our customers hanging.

I’ve been using Duda to build and manage client websites, and it’s been one of the most dependable platforms in my toolkit. The editor is fast and the responsive controls make it straightforward to dial in layouts across desktop/tablet/mobile without things getting messy. Where Duda really shines for me is the agency-style workflow: client permissions/hand-off is clean, and I can move from build to launch quickly while keeping a consistent process across projects.

Performance has also been a strong point - sites generally feel snappy out of the gate, which saves me time compared to builders where speed becomes a constant battle. It’s not perfect (there’s a learning curve if you want to push beyond the basics), but overall it’s a platform I’m comfortable recommending to other freelancers/agencies who need to ship quality sites efficiently.

We have been a Duda agengy for years. It’s reliable and works well for most basic sites.

However, Im leaving 3 stars because while the platform is excellent for quick builds and even customization for sites that require more advanced design, they have changed pricing schemes several times for agencies - leaving core api features as part of custom quoted plans that are cost prohibitive.

Additionally, the e-commerce native store they added is still not fully usable for any business that needs an api integration - for example data points are missing from the schema. Contacting support is a slow process which involves having to explain even advanced issues to first level support agents multiple times in multiple ways before it is escalated to a developer and even then it’s backlogged or takes weeks to fix.

This is a good, reliable platform for your basic sites as an agency but if there were a competitor that built something similar with more open api at the same price I would switch.

So far the best in the field, the optimization of the Duda platform can be even better, but overall I am satisfied with the result. However, it would be good to optimize more for AI for citations in answers.

Great site, easy to navigate.

I have been on the Duda platform for about eight years and currently manage a little over 100 sites on it. From an agency perspective, it has been a reliable platform, especially for managing a large volume of client sites efficiently.

When the pricing increased a little over a year ago, it initially felt like a money grab. Over the last year, however, it has been clear that Duda has been reinvesting heavily into the platform. The pace of updates has increased, and some of the newer features, particularly around AI, are genuinely useful and feel thoughtfully implemented.

It is not perfect, but for agencies that need stability, scalability, and a platform that continues to evolve, Duda is worth serious consideration. If you are running an agency with a large number of client sites and want a dependable platform, this is a strong option.

I've been running a digital marketing agency since 2007 and spent much of that time building and managing client sites on Drupal and then WordPress. Plugin updates, security patches, broken themes after updates, hosting headaches — it was a constant drain on time and margin.
We started transitioning to Duda about two years ago and went all-in about six months ago. It's been a game-changer for our agency.
The editor is intuitive, the white-label options are legit, and I can spin up a professional client site in a fraction of the time it took on WordPress. No more babysitting plugins or fielding panicked calls because a site went down after an update. Client sites just work.
But here's the big one — profitability. WordPress eats agency margins alive with maintenance, troubleshooting, and scope creep from "small fixes" that turn into full debugging sessions. With Duda, our build times dropped significantly, our maintenance overhead nearly disappeared, and we actually make money on web projects now instead of treating them as loss leaders for other services.
The team management features, client permissions, and site duplication tools are built for agencies, not bolted on as an afterthought. You can tell this platform was designed by people who understand how agencies actually operate.
Not perfect — there are things I'd love to see improved — but compared to the WordPress treadmill, Duda has been one of the best business decisions we've made.

I initially wasn't enthusiastic about using Duda, as I'd been working nearly exclusively with WordPress for years. But one of my partners convinced me to give it a chance, and I'm very glad he did. There was a little bit of a learning curve to overcome, but it's proven to be worth the effort, as Duda's security, ease of customization, and the quality of their support has made the platform our favorite.
I encourage anyone who may be hesitant to dig into a new platform to make Duda their next target... ya'll can thank me later!
