Duduk Rocks hat mich wirklich überrascht. Der Service war durchweg aufmerksam und schnell. Das Instrument selbst ist hervorragend verarbeitet und genau so angekommen, wie es beschrieben wurde. Die Qualität merkt man sofort, nichts wirkt billig oder nachlässig.
Die Lieferung ging schneller, als ich es erwartet hatte. Einen Tag nach der Bestellung war das Paket schon unterwegs. Und der telefonische Support war das i-Tüpfelchen. Kompetent, freundlich und richtig hilfsbereit.

Von der Vorab-Beratung, über den Bestellvorgang, bis hin zur Lieferung der, meiner Meinung nach, sehr hochwertigen Duduk, lief alles perfekt! Und auch danach steht der Besitzer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und hilft einem, dieses nicht so verbreitete Instrument zu verstehen.
Einen besseren und vertrauenswürdigeren Support kann ich mir nicht vorstellen (und der basiert auf der Liebe zur Sache, das ist in jedem Moment spürbar)!

In my search for a good duduk, I came across Duduk-Rocks. Mr. Demurchyan from Duduk-Rocks not only sells instruments, he also shares his love and passion for the duduk and the culture around it. We haven't met in person - I live in Belgium - but he already gave me lots of useful tips & tricks to improve my duduk skills.
